Behavior Analysis Of Farmers’ Choice Of Resource Utilization Mode Of Livestock And Poultry Manure

With the development of livestock and poultry breeding,environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.The fecal pollution produced by livestock breeding not only causes certain pollution to the soil,rivers and so on,but also causes serious harm to human body.In shandong province as a big province of domestic livestock and poultry breeding,large-scale farming,the dominant position in domestic industry development,as a result,the waste from farming also continue to increase,implementation work given a difficult task,for livestock and poultry waste resource utilization,to promote the province aquaculture development and ecological construction is of great significance.Farmers as the main livestock and poultry breeding the implementation of the waste treatment,its breeding waste handling directly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of livestock and poultry breeding pollution,so this article will farmers in shandong province area of livestock and poultry waste resource utilization comprehensive investigation,and to explore the current farmers waste resource utilization pattern behavior choice and influence mechanism of puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,It is hoped to provide theoretical basis and effective suggestions for manure control of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Shandong Province.Based on the macro statistical data from 2015 to 2020,this paper introduced the current development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Shandong Province,estimated the fecal pollution production and environmental effects of livestock and poultry breeding in shandong Province in 2020,and briefly summarized the initial results obtained by the current utilization of livestock and poultry waste resources.On the basis of macro analysis,taking shandong province as the research area,field investigation was conducted on livestock and poultry farmers’ participation in the utilization of fecal and sewage resources in breeding,and239 valid questionnaires were obtained.Actual survey found in aquaculture farmers’ qualities and cognitive level is low,the government subsidies,and weak technology popularization,insufficient social constraints,resource utilization and solve the problem of the high cost,induction and analysis of the farmers to take waste directly returning waste,compost,sell and biogas fermentation model on four kinds of resource utilization.Multivariate Logistic model was constructed to further analyze the influencing factors of the current fecal and sewage treatment method selection behavior of farmers in detail.Four variables including farmers’ personal characteristics,breeding characteristics,psychological cognition,policy support and training were selected.The quantitative analysis showed that: At present,farmers’ education level,breeding years,annual income,breeding scale,knowledge of fecal pollution,government subsidies and technical training have significant influence on farmers’ choice of fecal pollution resource utilization mode.In order to solve the problem of fecal pollution in breeding industry,according to the results of empirical analysis,the countermeasures of promoting fecal pollution control in livestock and poultry breeding are put forward as follows: enhancing publicity and strengthening public awareness of environmental protection;Increase government support and improve subsidy policies;Pay attention to the training of farmers in breeding and manure utilization;Improve the external environment for resource utilization;Strengthen restraint and improve incentive and supervision mechanisms.
