Study On Willingness And Behavior Of Farmers To Adopt Cultivated Land Quality Protection Technology

The quality protection of cultivated land is a kind of green production mode which can prevent agricultural non-point source pollution and guarantee the effective supply of important agricultural products such as grain.As the main body of agricultural production,farmers’ choice of production technology has an important impact on the quality of cultivated land.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the adoption of farmland quality protection technology by farmers for the protection and improvement of farmland quality.From the perspective of practical production,the adoption behavior of farmland quality protection technology by farmers is constrained by village informal system,including three paths of disciplinary regulation,value orientation and transfer internalization.At the same time,in the blood,geopolitical,reason of formation of the rural society,the interaction between accompanied by farmers and agricultural production,makes the production factors to realize the exchange,farmers will be selective for the social capital,it increases the individual opportunity to obtain "internal study" resources,but also benefits to the raise of farmers for protecting arable land quality,In order to promote the adoption of cultivated land quality protection technology in the actual production process.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literature on informal system,social capital and farmers’ adoption of cultivated land quality protection technology,this paper constructed a theoretical analysis framework of farmers’ willingness and behavior to adopt cultivated land quality protection technology from the perspective of informal system and social capital based on 1071 farmer survey data in Anhui Province.Firstly,descriptive statistical analysis is made on the basic situation of agricultural production and adoption of cultivated land quality protection technology by sample farmers.Then,econometric model is used to empirically analyze the effects and influencing factors of informal institution and social capital on willingness,behavior and consistency of adoption of cultivated land quality protection technology by farmers.Further to the quality of cultivated land protection exists consistency on desire and behavior of technology adoption performance of farmers as the research object,according to the different stages of agricultural production to the application of the quality of cultivated land protection technology,the deep analysis of informal institution,the social capital of farmers different quality of cultivated land protection mechanism of the influence of technology adoption,and,finally,according to the research conclusion,Some suggestions were put forward to promote farmers’ willingness to protect cultivated land quality into practical action and improve the adoption rate of cultivated land quality protection technology.The conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)farmers’ awareness of cultivated land protection is not strong,and they lack basic understanding and cognition of cultivated land quality protection technology,while the promotion of current cultivated land protection policies is insufficient.(2)The willingness and behavior of farmers to adopt cultivated land quality protection technology are inconsistent,and the willingness of farmers to adopt cultivated land quality protection technology has not completely changed into actual behavior.(3)Informal institution and social capital have significant influence on farmers’ willingness,behavior and consistency of adopting cultivated land quality protection technology.Social capital has a moderating effect on informal institution and farmers’ willingness and behavior of adopting cultivated land quality protection technology,and there is a partial substitution relationship between the two.(4)For the three specific cultivated land protection technologies,disciplinary regulation and clan social trust have a significant positive impact on the implementation of no-tillage subsoil technology,disciplinary regulation has a significant positive impact on the implementation of soil testing formula technology,and value orientation and social network have a significant negative impact on the technical behavior.Disciplinary regulation,social participation and clan social trust have positive and significant effects on safe drug application behavior,while social network has negative and significant effects on the technology behavior.Based on this,this paper proposes to pay more attention to the construction of informal system,and give full play to the role of informal system in restricting the adoption of farmland quality protection technology by farmers.Cultivate farmers’ social capital actively and give full play to the internal incentive effect of social capital on farmers’ adoption of cultivated land quality protection technology;To construct a differentiated technology extension system and give full play to the external guarantee function of policy extension on the adoption of farmland quality protection technology by farmers;Jointly promote the realization of farmers’ adoption of cultivated land quality protection technology.
