Actuality And Countermeasures Of Sericulture Socialized Service In Haian City

Sericulture is an important part of Chinese agriculture,and sericulture has developed into an efficient and characteristic industry in Hai’an,and it is also a traditional leading industry for rich rural areas and rich farmers.With the continuous improvement of the scale,standardization and intensification of the sericulture industry,the construction of socialized services for the sericulture industry is also about to be announced.The implementation of socialized services is an important measure and breakthrough in promoting and popularizing new technologies,improving quality,increasing market competitiveness,and promoting the rapid and steady development of the sericulture industry.This thesis is to understand the development status of sericulture farmers’ socialized services in Hai’an City,provide basis for optimizing and improving sericulture socialized services,and promote the healthy and stable development of sericulture.According to the development of sericulture in Hai’an city and the actual situation of farmers planting mulberry and raising silkworms,a questionnaire survey was conducted among farmers planting mulberry and raising silkworms.Based on the survey data and the theories of social division of labor,farmers’ behavior and transaction cost,this thesis combs the current situation of sericulture socialization service in Hai’an City,from some aspects of production process and comprehensiveness,makes an overall evaluation on the effect of sericulture socialization service in Hai’an City,and analyzes the problems existing in sericulture socialization service in Hai’an city,The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of sericulture socialized service in Hai’an City: Strengthen the government’s socialization services for sericulture;give play to the leading role of leading enterprises in socializing services;actively guide large-scale operations to promote the development of socialized services;strengthen the construction of talents in sericulture socialization service organizations,including cultivating high-quality sericulture farmers and improving the construction of socialized service personnel to strengthen sericulture training and guidance services;improve sericulture socialization services in the production process,including strengthening mechanized services and providing "one-stop" services and guiding diversified development;strengthen the construction of sericulture informatization services;and improve the socialization guarantee mechanism of sericulture.
