Flowering Chinese Cabbage originated in China,the planting area is mainly distributed in the Yangtze River Basin and Guangdong and other coastal areas,edible parts for moss stem,crisp taste,rich nutrition,favored by the majority of consumers.At present,the collection and conservation scope of Flowering Chinese Cabbage germplasm resources in China is still narrow,and the evaluation work is mainly carried out in Guangdong and Hubei provinces,but there are few reports in Hunan.For the screening of excellent germplasm for bolt variety improvement and breeding,tap bolt germplasm resources,according to methods such as genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and membership function,this experiment systematically evaluated the phenotypic traits and quality traits of the tested resources.The selected high-quality resources can be used for the breeding and genetic improvement of new Brassica varieties.The main findings were as follows:1.The genetic diversity and correlation analysis were carried out on 32 main phenotypes from seedling stage to harvest period of 127 bolting germplasm resources collected and combined with the analysis results for identification and evaluation.The results showed that the range of Shannon-Wiener genetic diversity index(H ′)of 21 quality traits of 127 Brassica germplasm resources was 0.174-1.622,with an average value of 0.982.The CV value of the genetic diversity variation index of 11 quantitative traits was between 13.12% and 63.35%,with an average value of 29.03%.The Shannon-Wiener genetic diversity index(H′)was between 1.492 and 2.059,with an average value of 1.935.2.Principal component analysis was carried out on 32 phenotypic traits of 127 Brassica campestris germplasm resources,and the principal component factors obtained were as follows.These factors were plant color,leaf cut,leaf bristles,cotyledon morphology,yield benefit,leaf color,leaf morphology,vegetable stalk maturity,leaf tip shape,plant morphology,main stalk wax powder.3.The cluster analysis of 32 phenotypic traits of 127 Chinese cabbage germplasm resources showed that the tested germplasm resources were divided into seven groups at 7.5 out of Euclidean distance.The analysis result of the membership function method showed that: in the first group,the germplasm numbered BOH19-75-5,BOH19-75-7,BOH19-75-9,BOH19-75-15,BOH19-76-1 had a better comprehensive performance.In the second group,the germplasm numbered BOH19-25-8,BOH19-75-1,and BOH19-47-3 performed better.In group VI,the germplasm numbered BOH19-14 performed best.In group VII,the germplasm numbered BOH19-42 performed best.4.The results of the analysis of the difference of the main glucosinolates showed that eleven glucosinolates were detected in the tested germplasm resources.Among them,there were seven kinds of aliphatic glucosinolates,accounting for57.37%~90.23%.There were three kinds of indole glucosinolates,accounting for1.47%~7.82%.There was one aromatic glucosinolate,accounting for 8.01%~39.53%.5.The results of the different analyses of the main stalk conventional quality indicators(vitamin C,soluble sugar,soluble protein)showed that the highest vitamin C content of BOH19-14 was 70.16 mg·100g-1.The highest soluble sugar content of BOH19-26 was 12.63 mg·g-1.The soluble protein content of BOH19-53 was as high as 217.44mg·g-1.6.Flowering Chinese Cabbage quality traits and phenotypic traits correlation analysis showed that correlation not only between the phenotypic traits and quality traits,quality traits and influence each other,therefore,according to the breeding requirements,combining the correlation between quality traits and phenotypic traits,through enhance the performance of some phenotypic traits,accelerate the breeding speed,and improve the quality of Flowering Chinese Cabbage.7.According to the cluster analysis of the important traits(yield,ripeness,glucosinolate content,main stalk wax powder)of the tested germplasm,the following results were obtained.After screening for yield traits,the germplasm with group III numbered BOH 19-42 performed the best.The maturity of the Ⅰ group numbered BOH 19-21 germplasm has the best performance.The glucosinolate content in the first group numbered as BOH 19-13-2 performed best.The main stalk wax powder has screened out a total of 21 resources in the first group,which was a wax-free group.
