Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Willingness To Grow Organic Winter Jujube

Organic farming is not only an environmentally friendly way of planting,which is conducive to environmental pollution control,but also helps farmers save costs and increase efficiency.Zhanhua District of Shandong Province has always been known as the "town of Winter dates in China",winter dates as a representative of shandong province’s characteristic agricultural products,promoting the cultivation of organic winter dates on the one hand can vigorously develop shandong province’s characteristic agriculture,is conducive to the control of rural environmental pollution.Now,on the other hand,more and more consumers begin to pay attention to your diet health,more and more inclined to buy organic produce,through the organic farmers dongzao can significantly improve their income level,so as to promote the overall development of the rural,therefore actively promote the shandong zhanhua farmer participation in the steps of organic planting area is of great significance to the development of local agriculture.On the basis of collecting various materials and literatures in different ways and combining with my own understanding of winter jujube cultivation in Zhanhua District of Shandong Province,this paper selected Zhanhua District of Shandong Province as the research area and winter jujube growers in Zhanhua District of Shandong Province as the investigation object.By referring to previous studies on factors affecting farmers’ planting willingness,And combining the theory of risk perception,farmer behavior theory,planned behavior theory established 16 related influence factors such as age,culture level,through the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews for organic dongzao zhanhua area farmers willingness and influencing factors of field investigation,questionnaire is follow the 5 likert scale to carry on the design,a total of 200 questionnaires,Finally,188 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the effective recovery rate was 94%.Then,SPSS software was used to process the data and analyze the results.Firstly,reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested,and then three main factors affecting farmers’ planting organic winter jujube in Zhanhua District of Shandong province were determined by factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The influence degree of influencing factors is ranked as influencing factor 2,influencing factor 3 and influencing factor 1.Influencing factor 2 specifically includes the influence of educational level,the difficulty of land transfer and technical training;influencing factor 3 specifically includes the influence of sales channel and government publicity.The government can take policy measures in this respect according to the influence degree of influencing factors to promote farmers’ enthusiasm in planting organic winter jujube.Finally,the countermeasures for improving farmers’ enthusiasm in planting organic winter jujube are summarized for the reference of zhanhua District government in Shandong province,including strengthening the cultivation of agricultural professionals in Zhanhua district;Perfect zhanhua district land transfer service market;Enlarging organic winter jujube science popularization,expanding organic winter jujube sales channel;Strengthen the policy publicity of organic winter jujube;Through these measures to strengthen farmers organic agriculture development concept,increase local farmers planting income.
