Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of New Varieties Of Brewing Sorghum Used By Farmers

Sorghum is the fifth largest agricultural crop after maize,wheat,rice and barley.It belongs to grasses herbaceous plants.It is not only an important edible grain,but also an important commercial grain cash crop.It plays an important role in brewing,feeding,energy and processing.In China,liquor-making sorghum is the main production,and the stable,rapid and sustainable development of Sorghum Industry is the guarantee basis.It is the farmers' wishes to cultivate sorghum.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of farmers' wishes to cultivate new varieties of liquor-making sorghum and to analyze and extract the factors of farmers' wishes to cultivate new varieties of liquor-making sorghum for promoting new varieties of liquor-making sorghum and expanding the planting area.The main producing areas of liquor-making sorghum in China are concentrated in the Northeast area.This paper selected Longza 17 new varieties of liquor-making sorghum as the research object,and selected Qiqihar,Hulunbeier and Heihe in Northeast China as the research area.A large number of first-hand data were collected by means of questionnaire,in-depth interviews and telephone interviews.On this basis,through the analysis of the basic situation of farmers' families,economic benefits,technical evaluation and information communication,the influencing factors of farmers' adoption of new wine-making sorghum varieties were obtained.The results show that among many factors affecting farmers' willingness to grow sorghum,labor force ratio,output,land rent,sorghum price and sorghum area ratio are significantly correlated.In addition,education years,whether to access sorghum information through mobile phones or Internet are also significantly correlated,which shows that the above seven factors are important for farmers to choose New Sorghum varieties.Finally,according to the survey and data analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the promotion,marketing,policy subsidy,income and training of farmers' planting willingness.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the farmers themselves.To request the government to strengthen policy support,Scientific research institutions should strengthen the links between production,teaching and research.Enterprises should also strengthen industrial integration.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the driving force of new business entities.
