Study On Plus Tree Selection And Cutting Propagation Technology Of Acer Triflorum

Acer triflorum is a deciduous tree of Acer in Aceraceae,with beautiful tree shape and bright leaves.It is an important ornamental tree species of autumn leaves in Northeast China.However,its research foundation of phenological observation,plus tree selection and Cutting Propagation technology of is still weak,which seriously restricts the development of landscaping.Therefore,in this paper,the phenological observation was carried out,and the trees with excellent ornamental traits were screened out by comprehensive evaluation method.The excellent individual cuttings were used as materials,and the rooting after cutting was treated by substrate,exogenous hormone types and concentrations.The rate,rooting number,average root length,average root thickness and other indicators were comprehensively evaluated,and finally the appropriate cutting treatment technology was screened.The result as follow:（1）Using 20 A.triflorum from the Hongshi Forestry Bureau as observation materials,the ground observation method was used to observed and analyzedthe phenology for one year in a row by.The start time and duration of phenological stages such as budding,flowering,leaf spreading,fruiting waiting,leaves discolorating and deciduous were in late April,3 d,late April to mid May,20 d,early May,7 d,early May to early October,154 d,early to mid-October,13 d,mid to late October,12 d,respectively,the annual growth cycle was about 184 d.（2）The discoloration period and deciduous period of its leaf were recorded and analyzed.There were three leaf colors:red,orange,and yellow.The discoloration first appeared in late September.From the beginning of discoloration to the end of defoliation,the duration of autumn leaves was short,20 days or so.The best viewing period is when the autumn leaves and leaves reach 60%of the whole tree.The best viewing period is from October 10 to October 17.（3）Taking ornamental traits as the selection target,186 candidate plus trees of Hongshi Forestry Bureau were evaluated by multi-trait comprehensive evaluation method,evaluation criteria were established,and 6 plus trees were screened out.And the height,diameter at breast height,average crown width and duration of autumn leaves of these trees increased by 4.02%、14.46%、18.99%and 33.96%,respectively,compared with the overall average of candidate plus trees.（4）Taking Acer triflorum from Hongshi Forestry Bureau as the cutting materials,the cutting test was carried out in random blocks,and the effects of the three factors of substrate,hormone and concentration on the cutting rooting were analyzed.The results showed that the rooting method of A.triflorum cuttings was the bark rooting type,hardwood cuttings took root for 28 days,and softwood cuttings took root for 14 days.The best substrate was 25%river sand+25%perlite+50%vermiculite,and the best hormone and concentration for hardwood and softwood cuttings were 200 mg·L^-1NAA and 200 mg·L^-1ABT-1,the rooting rates under the best treatment combinations were 34.85%and 93.33%,respectivly.
