In this paper,the anti-loss of nano-composite preservative,the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of rubber wood were studied.The synergistic effects of nano-composite preservative with phenolic resin,propylene glycol,acrylic resin,natural latex,and tannin-boric acid were explored,and the modification experiments were carried out with rubber wood as the test wood.The results showed that the tannin-boric acid and propylene glycol modification had significant effects on the anti-loss of nano-composite preservative,the dry shrinkage resistance and the corrosion resistance of rubber wood.The phenolic resin modification has improved the swelling resistance of rubberwood.In addition,acrylic resin and natural latex can also slightly improve the anti-loss of preservative,the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of rubber wood.The main research contents were as follows:(1)Study on properties of nano-composite preservative and phenolic resin modified rubber wood.Phenolic resin can improve the anti-loss of nano-composite preservative,and the loss rate of treated wood was reduced by 5.24%.With the increase of the concentration of phenolic resin,the corrosion resistance of rubber wood was gradually enhanced,and the minimum weight loss rate of white rot was 3.48%,which has reached I level of strong corrosion resistance in national standards(GB/T 13942.1-2009).Phenolic resin can effectively improve the swelling resistance of rubber wood,and the swelling rate was reduced from 15.90%to 4.02%.Scanning electron microscope analysis showed that the phenolic resin was mainly deposited in the ducts and pits of rubber wood.(2)Study on the properties of nano-composite preservative with propylene glycol,acrylic resin and natural latex modified rubber wood.Modification of propylene glycol can not only improve the stability of the nano-composite preservative,but also improve the anti-loss and dimensional stability of the treated wood.After one month,the sedimentation rate of the nano-composite preservative was reduced by 12%.The effects of the type of preservative,the concentration of acrylic resin,and the drying temperature on the properties of rubber wood were studied through orthogonal experiments.The best treatment process to improve the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of rubber wood was determined:propylene glycol modified nano-composite preservative and acrylic resin with concentration of 5%were used to modify rubber wood,then the treated wood were dried and cured at 100?.Using propylene glycol and latex to modify the nano-composite preservative effectively improved the anti-loss and corrosion resistance of preservative.The loss rate of treated wood,white rot and brown rot weight loss ratio were reduced by 7.26%,3.15%and 2.22%,reaching I level of strong corrosion resistance in national standards(GB/T 13942.1-2009).(3)Study on the properties of nano-composite preservative with propylene glycol and tannin-boric acid modified rubber wood.Modification of propylene glycol and tannin-boric acid can improve the anti-loss of preservative,corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of rubber wood.The tannin-boric acid modification with a concentration of 1%has the best modification effect.The loss rate of the treated wood was reduced by 5.54%,the weight loss rates of white rot and brown rot of treated wood were reduced by 6.32%and 4.66%,reaching I level of strong corrosion resistance in national standards(GB/T 13942.1-2009).And the volume swelling rate of the water absorption and absolute dry volume shrinkage rate of treated wood decreased by 3.88%and 2.01%.At the same time,propylene glycol and tannin-boric acid modification can improve the fire resistance,smoke suppression and thermal stability of rubber wood,and reduce the color change caused by brown rot fungus erosion.
