rapidly and popularized in the field of facility agriculture.However,the drip irrigation water and fertilizer mode of field is still used in some areas of Xinjiang,resulting in the waste of water and fertilizer resources and water and soil resources.The development of water and fertilizer integration technology and the promotion of advanced water and fertilizer integration equipment have become the key to solve this problem.Under the background of the interconnection of all things and the vigorous development of Internet of things technology,all kinds of communication technologies have penetrated into the agricultural field.However,the high network cost has increased the burden of farmers.Therefore,combined with the development status of facility agriculture in Xinjiang and BINGTUAN,this subject designs a set of intelligent water and fertilizer integration system by combining wireless communication technology(LORA module)with operator network(4G module),which can save user network use cost,improve water and fertilizer utilization rate,automatic operation in the whole growth period,remotely monitor crop dynamic water and fertilizer changes,and reduce the operation cost of modern greenhouse,It is of great significance for the innovation of water and fertilizer integration technology and the modernization of facility agriculture in Xinjiang.Methods:on the basis of learning from foreign advanced water and fertilizer integration technology and concept,and according to the development status of facility agriculture in China,the subject independently developed a set of intelligent water and fertilizer integration system for planting crops based on yellow sand matrix.The system is composed of upper computer(cloud platform network remote supervision system)and lower computer(intelligent water and fertilizer integration system).The cloud platform network remote supervision system is composed of 4G man-machine screen,Lora gateway Lora terminal and mobile app are built,which can remotely change water and fertilizer parameters,set manual/automatic mode,view historical records and alarm management,and remotely monitor crop water and fertilizer status to ensure normal growth and development of crops.The intelligent water and fertilizer integration system consists of three parts:root environment information acquisition system,irrigation and fertilization system and control center system.The root environment information acquisition system is composed of electronic sensors and other hardware.The temperature,moisture content and EC value near the root are collected and transmitted to the control center system and cloud platform network remote supervision system by wired and wireless means.The irrigation and fertilization system is composed of proportional fertilization pump,solenoid valve,fertilization tank,reservoir and water supply pipeline.It carries out precision irrigation and fertilization according to the instructions issued by the control center system.It is composed of man-machine instruction and fertilizer transmission screen,and human-machine operation parameter receiving system of 4G irrigation and fertilizer control center.In order to verify the feasibility of the system,two strawberry lines and three tomato lines were selected as materials and applied to four solar greenhouses for overwintering cultivation.The functional effect and feasibility were comprehensively evaluated through the plant growth,water and fertilizer dynamic change data during the growth period and the yield of harvested fruits.Results:after continuous operation,debugging and upgrading,the software and hardware of the system have realized overwintering cultivation in four greenhouses where different crops are planted.It can carry out accurate water and fertilizer control and mobile phone remote supervision of crops in the whole growth period.The control center system composed of single chip microcomputer and 4G man-machine screen has fast response,stable program operation,high communication success rate and fast transmission rate,Through the mobile app,you can remotely view the real-time water and fertilizer moisture value of crops,equipment status,historical records,change water and fertilizer parameters and remotely control equipment irrigation or fertilization.The intelligent water and fertilizer integration system based on yellow sand matrix has the advantages of stable operation,economy,practicality and wide application.Through the demonstration of agricultural industrial park;The system can be successfully applied to different environmental conditions and crops at the same time.During overwintering cultivation,the substrate temperature and the temperature in the shed are controlled at 15℃-25℃.Through the intelligent water and fertilizer integration system,the substrate water content of strawberry and tomato is controlled at 17%-21.5%and 17%-23%,which meets the water demand of crops in each growth period,and the EC value is controlled at 0.5-1.2ms/cm and 0.5ms/cm-1.5ms/cm.There is no salt toxicity during the growth period.The output of strawberry Zhangji and angel is 42.10t/hm~2and 14.86t/hm~2respectively,which has achieved good demonstration effect,and realized the automatic precise control and remote supervision of water and fertilizer in the whole growth
