| At present, seasonal grass-livestock imbalance is the main factor limiting the development of livestock in alpine areas, and oats as high-quality forage in Qinghai Province large area of germplasm can effectively alleviate the grass-livestock contradiction. However, the oat harvesting period is the same period as autumn rains causing large nutritional loss of oat grass,so how to modulate high quality oat green hay is the focus of urgent research. In this paper,a study on the relationship between moisture content and nutritional quality of oat grass hay under different drying methods such as natural drying, physical drying and chemical drying was carried out in Xining,Qinghai Province, and the best drying method in this experiment was obtained by comprehensive evaluation such as principal component analysis and affiliation function method, and finally the best drying method for different scale of forage grass hay modulation was obtained by economic benefit analysis. Finally, the best drying method for different scale of forage green hay modulation was obtained by economic efficiency analysis,in order to provide theoretical basis for the production of oat green hay in alpine area. The results showed that:1、The water content of oats gradually decreased during the drying process in different drying methods, and the rate of decrease was fast in the early stage of drying and slow in the late stage of drying;the average rate of water loss decreased in three stages, with the rate of decrease fast in the early stage and the late stage, and tended to be stable in the middle.2、In the drying process of oats under different drying methods, the contents of crude protein, soluble sugar, crude fat and crude ash were positively correlated with water content, and the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were negatively correlated with water content;45%water content was the key point of nutrient changes in the drying process of oats, and the contents of crude protein and soluble sugar decreased slowly before 45%water content, crude fat and crude ash decreased quickly, and acid Before 45%moisture content, crude protein and soluble sugar content decreased slowly, crude fat and crude ash decreased quickly, and acidic and neutral washing fibers increased slowly;after 45%moisture content, the rate of nutrient change was opposite to that before.3、The mechanically dried oat green hay was better than other drying methods in terms of drying speed and nutrient content;its crude protein content was 7.52%,with a 32.4%reduction in loss compared with the control group.According to the comprehensive evaluation of principal component analysis and subordinate function method,it was concluded that except for mechanical drying, the oat green hay with the addition of desiccant Na HCO3 had the best nutritional quality, with the highest crude protein content of 7.02%,and the loss was reduced by 20.6%compared with the control group.4、When using different temperature mechanical high temperature drying,500℃drying time is the shortest, but the nutritional quality of green hay under 450℃drying is the best, the temperature is too high but destroy the nutritional quality of forage.5、After evaluating the economic benefits of different drying methods, the results showed that oat green hay dried by mechanical high-temperature drying method has the highest return and is the best choice for large-scale planting and processing of high-quality oat grass;chemical drying method and natural drying method are more suitable for small-scale forage growers. |
