Analysis And Management Countermeasures Of Forest Resources In Arxan City

Forests are the lungs of the earth and an essential part of the country’s natural resources.It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to master the forest situation and carry out effective management for the sustainable development and management of forest resources.Based on the statistics of the second class survey data of forest resources in Arxan City in 2015-2019,this paper analyzes the current situation and resource changes of its forest resources,including forest types,land area,forest species structure,forest origin,tree species composition,age group structure,and other information.Point out the problems existing in the constructing and managing forest resources in Arxan City,and put forward proposed countermeasures according to the current situation.To provide a scientific theoretical basis for the reasonable management of local forest resources.The results are as follows:(1)Analysis of forest dynamics from 2015 to 2019:After 5 years of management activities such as tending,afforestation,and closing mountains for afforestation,Arxan City has achieved certain business results.The areas of forest land and suitable forest land have increased to varying degrees;the sparse forest land,unforested afforestation land,forest land without standing trees and auxiliary production land have all decreased.Among them,the structure area and stock volume of forest species did not change much in 5 years;the area volume of medium and young forests decreased in age group structure,and the area volume of near-mature forest,mature forest and overmature forest increased;the area of??different tree species changed little but the total accumulation increases.(2)Status of forest resources in 2019:The total forest area of??Arxan City is737,050 hm~2.The forest land type is mainly forest land resources,the forest type is mainly public welfare forest,the forest type structure is mainly shelter forest,and the age group structure is middle-aged Forests are the mainstay,and the ownership of forest land is all state-owned.The forest land in the study area includes 9 categories,according to the area from large to small,forest land>auxiliary land>suitable forest land>shrub forest land>non-forest land>forest land without standing trees>undeveloped forest land>sparse forest land>nursery land,the area is respectively 531549 hm~2,69332 hm~2,57364 hm~2,45485 hm~2,9343 hm~2,8728 hm~2,8624 hm~2,5844 hm~2and 781 hm~2;the proportion is respectively 72.12%,9.41%,7.78%,6.17%,1.27%,1.18%,1.17%,0.79%and 0.11%.(3)Through the analysis of the current situation of forest resources,there are still problems such as unreasonable age group structure,fragile forest ecosystem and lack of protection and management in the development of forest resources in Arxan City.In response to the above problems,some improvement measures for sustainable development and management are proposed.,as follows:adhere to the principles and policies of forest management,establish training objectives,improve the forest stand and forest species system,adjust the age group structure,strengthen the cultivation and protection of forest resources,give full play to the advantages of forest resources,improve the protection management institutions and systems,and improve the foundation.Facility construction to ensure the sustainable development of forest resources in Arxan City.
