Study On The Optimization Of The Operation Mode Of A Pig Breeding Enterprises

At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of major decisions and arrangements were made for the work of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" in the new era and new journey,such as "comprehensively promoting rural revitalization","accelerating the construction of an agricultural power",and "comprehensively consolidating the foundation of food security".Industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural revitalization,in which the pig industry is inseparable from agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and has always been an important industry for rural revitalization.To give full play to the role of pig breeding enterprises in rural revitalization,it is necessary to transform the traditional business model of enterprise breeding,breeding,and selling pigs,explore the establishment of a breeding and marketing ecosystem system with pig breeding enterprises as chain owners or platforms,and promote the application of new generation information technology and the improvement of relevant technological levels in the pig breeding industry chain,expand the value chain,integrate the industrial chain,and smooth the supply chain,Continuously promote agricultural inter industry cooperation related to pig farming,reshape the value chain of pig farming,expand relevant industrial chains,and cooperate with supply chains,thereby achieving the goal of driving and promoting rural employment and increasing farmers’ income.This article takes A pig breeding enterprise as the research object to explore the direction,path,and safeguard measures for optimizing its business model.According to the research,A pig breeding enterprise should base itself on its own advantages,strengthen resource optimization and application,develop and expand characteristic industries through extending the chain,making refined products,smooth supply,and promoting brands,vigorously enhance the added value and risk resistance capabilities of the pig breeding industry,strengthen its influence and driving force on the industrial chain,and lay the foundation for building a chain owner or ecosystem platform enterprise.At the same time,optimize and improve the business model around the driving force of the aquaculture industry chain,the extension of the value chain,and the construction of the ecosystem,integrate industry chain resources,improve the level of the supply chain,and give play to the ecological effect of collaborative development of planting,breeding,and marketing,while seeking enterprise development and assisting in rural revitalization.The main contents of this paper are as follows: First,the current business model of A pig breeding enterprise is described,and the existing problems are pointed out;Secondly,it analyzes the business environment of the enterprise,identifies the strategic opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise,and points out the direction of its business model optimization;Then,it puts forward the business model for enterprises to adapt to the new environmental conditions,and analyzes the business model for enterprises to adapt to the rural revitalization strategy from the aspects of value chain reconstruction,industrial chain extension,supply chain level improvement,platform construction and operation,business development model and process design,etc.around the construction of the ecosystem;Finally,it puts forward the implementation strategy and safeguard measures of the new business model.The results of the optimization of the business model of A pig breeding enterprise in this paper have corresponding guiding significance in overcoming the problems of enterprise development at this stage,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,it also has reference value for the operation and development of small and medium-sized pig breeding enterprises of the same type.
