Forest Tending Business Process Optimization And Automation In L State-owned Forestry Enterprise

Forest tending is one of the important contents of forest resources management in our country,and it is also an important measure to promote the growth of forest,improve the quality of forest and enlarge the benefit of forest.The state-owned forestry enterprise which is a kind of comprehensive forestry enterprise not only develops and uses forestry resources but also shoulders the responsibility of forestry conservation.In order to better develop the forest tending and strengthen the quality management of forest tending,"Measures of the Central Government for the Administration of Forestry Subsidy Funds"issued by the Ministry of Finance and State Forestry Administration points out that the state-owned forest enterprise should be given a certain amount of forest subsidies when they undertake the tending of young and middle aged forest in state owned forest area.Now the state-owned forest enterprise still follows the traditional and extensive management mode,and there are some disadvantages such as low information level,heavy management and process confusion and so on.Facing the mentioned problem above,forest tending management optimization and informazation is proposed by managers of the forest industry group which establishes L state-owned forest enterprise as the experimental unit to complete the forest tending reasonably and efficiently and achieve the benefit of forest.Based on the theory of business process management,optimization and informazation of forest tending management around this enterprise is taken into account according to the actual situation.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)Identifying business process and collecting original information about forest tending management are completed through the field investigation,interviews and so on.(2)The business process of forest tending management is streamlined and described by the Bizagi Modeler in accordance with the specification of BPMN2.0.(3)The business process is analyzed by using the BORI process diagnostic table and the ASME table and optimized by using IESIA method.This paper also establishes process-oriented performance appraisal system based on BSC and KPI.(4)Activiti is selected to design the information system of forest tending management and optimization effect is evaluated qualitatively.This paper has realized the process standardization and automation of the forest tending management in the state-owned forestry enterprise,and it will effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the forest tending management qualitatively.
