| In order to make full use of the light and heat conditions of insufficient two crops and more than one crop in the irrigated area of Yellow River diversion in Ningxia,and effectively solve the problem of insufficient total forage production,the forage triticale seeding experiment was carried out.The experiment was conducted in 2021 in the fifth Team of Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation Pingjibao Farm,Xixia District,Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Jin Forage Grass No.1 was used as the experimental material,a random block design was adopted,and five gradient seeding rates were set.135kg·hm-2(D1),180kg·hm-2(D2),225kg·hm-2(D3),270kg·hm-2(D4)and 315kg·hm-2(D5)were investigated and analyzed the physiological characteristics,tiller characteristics,stem characteristics,feeding quality and yield of triticale under different treatments.The results show that:1.Chlorophyll,flag leaf weight,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration all showed a decreasing trend with the increase of seeding amount.The leaf area per plant,leaf area index and flag leaf area firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of seeding amount.2.Tiller number and effective stem number of triticale showed a decreasing trend with the increase of seeding amount.Plant height,first and second internode length of base were positively correlated with seeding quantity.Stem wall thickness,diameter,mechanical strength and lodging resistance index were negatively correlated with seeding amount.With the increase of sowing amount,the stalk quality of triticale decreased,its lodging resistance was weakened,and the lodging risk was increased.3.Sowing amount also had an effect on the anti-aging ability of triticale.After flowering,SOD and POD activities of flag leaves decreased with increasing sowing amount.MDA content showed an increasing trend.The decrease of soluble protein increased with the increase of seeding amount.The results indicated that high seeding rate would accelerate the senescence rate of triticale plants.4.The contribution rate of dry matter accumulated after anthesis to grain increased first and then decreased with the increase of seeding amount,and reached the maximum when seeding amount was 225kg·hm-2.The accumulation of dry matter in vegetative organs before flowering was higher in dense planting than in thin planting,and the accumulation of dry matter after flowering was negatively correlated with seeding amount.5 For the purpose of harvesting forage,when the seeding amount was 225kg·hm-2,the biological yield and feeding quality of triticale were the highest;For the purpose of grain harvest,the seed yield was the highest when the sowing amount was 270kg·hm-2.In summary,the planting amount had different degrees of influence on the physiological indexes,stem characteristics,yield and quality of triticale.Appropriate reduction of planting amount was beneficial to promote the growth and development of triticale,coordinate the relationship between various indexes,increase yield and improve feeding quality. |
