Research On The Collaborative Relationships Among The Project Subjects Of Beef Cattle Industrialization In Longyan City

At present,Longyan City,Fujian Province is seriously holding the activity of "construction year of industrial development projects" under the guidance of the construction of "one city,two districts,three clusters" and "five bases,six industries and seven scenic spots".From 2016 to 2019,Longyan beef cattle industrialization project has become a provincial and district key construction project.The beef cattle industrialization project needs strong investment funds and is located in the core area of relevant project groups.Its construction cycle is short and can achieve good business benefits.The main bodies involved include farmers,scientific research institutions,colleges and universities,agricultural enterprises and government units.In the process of project operation,different subjects maintain close contact and complex relationship,and bear great pressure of collaborative management.The premise of project success is that different participants must establish a good cooperative relationship.This paper to the project collaborative management,industrial collaborative innovation theory as the guide,analyzes the Longyan beef cattle industrialization project of the actual synergy,carried out the typical case study,combined with the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview data,understand the Longyan beef cattle industrialization project main interests,analysis and judge their basic situation and the problems existing in the project collaborative relationship.The study found that these interest subjects have two conflicting interest disputes,among which the two interest groups with the most involved interests and the most intensified contradictions are enterprises and farmers / farmers.Through the synergy degree analysis,to understand the farmers to collect Changes in agricultural and agriculture-related enterprises,scientific research funds and financial funds.According to the data results of the system synergy degree and coupling degree,it is found that the overall synergy degree of different stakeholders in the project is less than 1.0.Through the calculation formula of Shapri model and combining the relevant content of cooperative game theory,the contribution of different members and the distribution of theoretical income in the alliance are calculated.Combining the theoretical research results with the actual situation,solving the problem of project synergy,optimizing the benefit distribution and improving the synergistic benefit,centering on the optimization of beef cattle industrialization project synergy in Longyan City,proposing corresponding solutions from different perspectives(business,management and business strategy)In order to give full play to the roles and functions of the synergistic relationship,establish and improve the project coordination mechanism,and realize the improvement of project operating profits and social benefits.The research results of this paper enrich the relevant research in the field of collaborative innovation project management.At the same time,it has important practical significance for implementing the relevant preferential policies and supporting measures issued by the state,creating a good environment for the development of beef cattle industrialization project,realizing the optimization and upgrading of animal husbandry structure,and promoting the development of beef cattle industrialization project in Longyan city.
