| Temperature and relative humidity are important environmental factors affecting the growth and development of Lentinus edodes.In recent years,there have been many studies on the effect of temperature on the growth and development of Lentinula edodes,but most of these studies focus on the enzyme activity and molecular mechanism of temperature,while the research on relative humidity is more about the water content of culture medium,and there is little research on constructing the growth and development model of Lentinula edodes based on environmental factors.In order to explore the effect of temperature and humidity on the growth and development of Lentinus edodes fruiting body,this study set 0912 as test material,set six different temperature conditions(12℃,15℃,18℃,21℃,24℃,27℃)at 85%relative humidity and seven different relative humidity conditions(70%,75%,80%,85%,90%,95%,95%)The results are as follows:1.Under the same relative humidity and different temperatures,the growth rate of fruiting body cap increases with the increased of temperature,and when the temperature exceeds 21℃,the growth rate is inhibited by temperature.The effective accumulated temperature in the growth stage of fruiting body was 715.18 2.153 degrees hour,and there was a negative correlation between temperature and development duration.The higher the temperature,the greater the cracking degree of fruiting body cap,the lower the water content,and the puncture hardness and TPA hardness first decreased and then increased.The fresh weight of fruiting body reached the maximum at 15℃.2.Under the same temperature and different relative humidity,there was no significant difference in the growth rate and development duration of fruiting body cap diameter.With the increase of relative humidity,the chapping on the surface of fruiting body gradually disappeared,fluffy scales appeared,puncture hardness and TPA hardness gradually decreased,and they were significantly positively correlated;The water content of fruiting body increased with the relative humidity,and reached the maximum fresh weight when the relative humidity was 92%.3.There was a significant positive correlation among the diameter,thickness,length,diameter and fresh weight of the cap,and the diameter of the cap has the greatest contribution to the fresh weight.The regression model between fresh weight of fruiting body and diameter of cap was Y=-15747+747X1.The diameter of cap has the greatest direct effect on fresh weight,and the thickness of cap has the greatest indirect effect on fresh weight through cap diameter,and the connecting diameter coefficient is 0.4733.4.The function curve between the diameter of the cap and temperature and humidity was L=-177.568+13.424×T+2.742×RH-0.299×T2-0.046×T×RH-0.01Rh2,and the optimal solution is T=14.8℃,RH=92%,L.The functional curve of fresh weight of fruiting body and temperature and humidity is g=-203.464+9.046×t+3.225×RH-0.175t2-0.044t×RH-0.011rh2,and the optimal solution of this model is T=15℃,RH=92%,G=38.44g..5.The function of mushroom fruiting body cap diameter and fresh weight changed with time was cubic curve,and the growth model of mushroom fruiting body cap is (?)The growth and development model of fresh weight of mushroom fruiting body was as follow:(?)... |
