Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Livestock Production Services In The Eighth Division Of The Corps

Productive service is an important driving force for the modernization and development of animal husbandry.In order to further fully implement the work requirements of high-quality development of animal husbandry in the corps,meet the increasing quantity and quality demand of residents for livestock products,and promote the development of livestock breeding scale,industrialization and marketization,it is necessary to promote the quality of livestock production service,and continuously improve the quality of livestock production service,so that it becomes an important force for the development of our country’s animal husbandry to high quality and high level.By using interview and questionnaire,this thesis analyzes the main body,mode and other related contents of service supply from three aspects: pre-delivery,mid-delivery and post-delivery,the following problems are found: in the supply side,the service supply mainly depends on the government and other public welfare organizations,in which social forces such as cooperatives and enterprises are less involved,this leads to the supply of services can not cover all-round productive services;in terms of demand,farmers for the production and post-natal links of greater demand for services.And from this conclusion: the problem of the relationship between supply and demand of services is mainly the unbalanced development of the main supply of services,the unbalanced supply of service content and the lack of a perfect market mechanism.Taking retail farmers and small and medium-sized pig farmers as the research object,the entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to empirically analyze the data of 207 pig farmers in the eighth division of the corps.The results showed that the satisfaction of farmers with the mid-production and prenatal links was higher than that of the postpartum links.There are still deficiencies in professional and technical personnel,feed supply channels,mandatory immunization service quality,breeding level and information construction.Based on the above research results,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Firstly,transform the functions of the government and guide the non-governmental subjects to jointly provide productive services for animal husbandry.Secondly,improve the self-construction of animal husbandry cooperatives and promote the healthy development of professional cooperatives.Thirdly,strengthen technical training and establish a personnel training system.Fourthly,optimize agricultural materials services,establish a self-supply system for pig industry feed,and strengthen the construction of improved variety breeding.Fifthly,vigorously support the Eighth Division Animal Husbandry Information Platform and demonstration site information management platform construction,strengthen the pig information network construction.Promote the eighth normal pig expansion and quality development.Constantly improve the service mechanism to promote the eighth division of high-quality development of animal husbandry.
