Selection Of Morel Varieties And Key Cultivation Techniques In Hunan

Morchella esculenta(Morchella esculenta)is one of the world-renowned rare edible mushrooms.It has many health functions such as strengthening the body’s immunity,reducing cholesterol,anti-radiation,anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,and anti-oxidation.In the past ten years,artificial field cultivation of Morel has been rapidly and widely promoted in my country,but high and stable production is still a difficult problem for artificial cultivation.This article has carried out the introduction and cultivation of field cultivation of Morel in Hunan based on the regional characteristics and climatic conditions of Hunan.Formula screening,suitable cultivation key technology and liquid strain cultivation research.Through molecular identification of 14 Morchella strains collected in Sichuan,Yunnan,Henan and other places,the results showed:YB,YC,Y Plateau Red,Ychuan No.6,HN1,HN2,HN3,Ychuan No.3,Y The 12 strains of Chuan No.5,YA,YK Liumei and Y Linliu belong to the same group as Morchella sextelata.Both YKTL and Y Shanxi TL are a group with Morchella importuna;all the collected strains were cultivated in the field,and a high-quality strain suitable for cultivation in Hunan was selected:YK Liumei.The nutrient and environmental conditions of the female strain of YK Six Sister strains were screened,that is,the suitable carbon source is fructose,the suitable nitrogen source is yeast powder,the suitable culture temperature is 24℃,the suitable medium p H value is 6,and the suitable medium is The C/N ratio is between 25:1 and 30:1;Hunan is a large rapeseed planting province in my country.The cultivation experiment of the original seed,cultivated species and nutrient bag formula was designed using rape straw as an auxiliary material,which is suitable for morels in Hunan Cultivation stock and cultivar formula are:50%wheat,25%rape straw,10%sawdust,5%chaff,10%soybean meal,1%lime.The formula of the exogenous nutrition bag is:wheat 50%,rape straw 43%,chaff 5%,soybean meal 10%,lime1%.Through the research on different cultivation conditions of YK Liumei in Hunan.Finally came up with a set of morel cultivation techniques suitable for Hunan:sowing on November30th,seeding 0.4kg/m2,covering soil thickness 2cm,using small arch shed to cover black film,8-pin shading Net,the opening of the nutrition bag uses a nail plate to pierce the hole.The amount of the nutrition bag is 2.0kg/m~2,and the nutrition bag is removed before fruiting.Through the use of industrialized liquid fermentation tanks to replace the original species with liquid strains,the three models of"Morel Vegetable Rotation","Morel Rice Rotation"and"Grape Morel Intercropping"were used for cultivation experiments.The output was315kg/acre,204kg/acre,255kg/acre.Among them,"morel vegetable rotation"has the highest economic benefit and is suitable for further promotion in Hunan.
