Yunnan is the main walnut producing province in China,walnut species resources are rich,is the world’s deep grain walnut origin and the main distribution area,And Yunnan walnut is large,thin shell,high yield and oil content,good quality,pure taste,rich nutrition,loved by domestic and foreign consumers,the products are competitive.The vigorous development of walnut industry,followed by the development of the corresponding processing industry,walnut peeling is an important process that must be carried out in the primary processing of walnut,and the effect of peeling plays an important role in ensuring the quality of walnut.At the present stage,the domestic green walnut peeling machine is divided into two types according to the different processing needs,one is a large machine used by enterprises,one is a small machine used by individual farmers.This paper for individual farmers with small green walnut peeling machine,for small green walnut peeling opportunities the applicability of peeling is bad,stripping rate is low,fruit shell breakage rate is higher,design a more suitable for Yunnan green walnut peeling machine,in meet the national standard stripping rate is not less than 88%,under the premise of not more than 6%,improve the green walnut stripping rate,reduce the breakage rate.In this paper,by consulting a large number of references,combined with the existing design scheme to develop the corresponding technical route,designed a new small green walnut peeling machine.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)With yangbi walnut widely cultivated in Yunnan Province,various physical properties of green walnut were obtained through measurement and testing,The physical properties mainly include three dimensions of green walnut,three dimensions of peeled walnut,green walnut density,green skin density,static friction coefficient of green skin,elastic modulus of green skin,and Poisson’s ratio of green skin.In addition,other mechanical properties were also tested,including the destructive force of green walnut under compression,and the bonding force of green skin and walnut shell.Exploring these data will provide some data support for the subsequent theoretical calculation design,simulation and experimental research.(2)According to the previous research on the characteristics of green walnut and the actual situation,the software was used to establish the 3 D model of green walnut peeling machine by Solid Works,and the Ansys workbench finite element analysis software was used to analyze the stress of the working process by static means to verify the feasibility and rationality of the design.After the simulation results,the wall thickness of the rotating shaft of the peeling spiral device is 5mm,the equal effect force is 7 Mpa,and the thickness of the scraping bar is 5mm,the maximum equal effect force is 19.084 MPa,and the maximum total deformation of the bar is0.0361 mm.Finally,the data support for the construction of the test bench according to the analysis results.(3)Using EDEM software,through different peeling spiral device speed,different peeling machine tilt Angle,different green walnut feeding quality three single factor simulation test,simulate the movement in the process of green skin and stress,to preliminarily determine the design of the green skin effect and determine the main factors affecting the removal rate and damage rate of value range.After the simulation results,the speed range of the peeling spiral is 100 r/min-140 r/min,the feeding range is 1 Kg / s-2 Kg / s,and the tilt range of green walnut is 5-15.(4)According to the results of one-factor simulation test,the central composite bench test with three factors and five levels was conducted using the built bench.There were a total of 20 groups of tests,each group with three times.The average value of the removal rate and breakage rate was taken as the final statistical data.By analysis,the peeling effect of the design could be determined through the statistical data.Design-Expert response surface analysis software was used to analyze the statistical test results,establish a mathematical model,and finally obtained the optimization results that when the feeding amount is 1.17 Kg / s,the tilt angle is 14.35,and the removal rate of green walnut is 94.97% and the breakage rate is 4.70%.The data meet the national standard that the removal rate of walnut green peel machine is not less than 88% and the damage rate is not more than 6%.The design scheme of this paper can effectively take off the green walnut green peel.
