The supply of potato seed is the most direct way to increase the yield of potato per unit area.The production and popularization of micro-potato can effectively improve the yield and quality of potato commercial potato,which is great significance to the strategy of potato staple cropping.In this study,the virus-free seedlings of four varieties of He-15(early-maturity),Xisen No.6(medium-maturity),Lucinda and Jizhangshu No.12(late-maturity)were used as materials.The effects of different substrates,densities and fertilization rates on micro-potato production were tested.The results of the study are as follows:1、Compared with the control J1(vermiculite:coir=1∶0)matrix,the SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and dry matter accumulation of the other four substrates(J2 is vermiculite:coir=2J3 vermiculite:coir=1∶1,J4 is vermiculite:coir=1∶2,J5 is vermiculite:coir=0∶1)were consistent.The trend is manifested as a significant increase from seedling stage to tuber expansion stage,and slow growth from tuber expansion to maturity stage.The net photosynthetic rate and stem diameter of Jizhangshu No.12 were recorded at the ripening stage of J2 matrix,and the plant height and dry matter accumulation of tubers at the ripening stage were 33.63μmol·m-2·s-1,0.65cm,37.21cm and 9.85g.The correlation analysis showed that the yield was positively correlated with the net photosynthetic rate,plant height,stem diameter and dry matter accumulation.It was positively correlated with SPAD value and leaf area.In terms of yield and economic benefits,the number of large potatoes obtained by J2 treatment was higher,and the number of more medium potatoes obtained by J4 treatment was higher,Lucinda and Jizhangshu No.12 obtained the highest net income in J2(vermiculite:coir=2∶1),were21,000 yuan·667m-2,43,000 yuan·667m-2,and He-15 and Xisen No.6 obtained the highest net income in J4(vermiculite:coir=1∶2),19,000 yuan·667m-2,37,000 yuan·667m-2.With the advancement of fertility,the SPAD value,photosynthetic rate,plant height,main stem diameter,leaf area and dry matter accumulation of He-15,Lucinda and Jizhangshu No.12 changed in different trends.ANOVA showed that the SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,dry matter accumulation of tubers,and main stem diameter and leaf area of Jizhangshu No.12 at the ripening stage were 45.5,33.63μmol·m-2·s-1,9.5g,0.53 cm and 25.75 cm2,respectively.Lucinda’s plant height at maturity under D2F1 treatment was23.6cm.The correlation analysis showed that the yield was positively correlated with the net photosynthetic rate,plant height,main stem diameter,and dry matter accumulation.It was positively correlated with plant height and leaf area.In terms of yield and economic benefits,the number of large potatoes and medium potatoes of different varieties varies depending on the treatment.Both He-15 and Jizhangshu No.12 obtained the highest net income in D3F2(planting density of 198,000 plants·667m-2,fertilization rate of 80kg·667m-2),respectively,28,000 yuan·667m-2,47,000 yuan·667m-2,respectively,and Lucinda obtained the highest net income of 56,000 yuan·667m-2in D2F1(planting density of 178,000 plants·667m-2,fertilization rate of 60kg·667m-2).
