Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of the Xi Jing Zao tuina method in the treatment of children’s wind chills and colds,and provide an effective basis for the safe and reliable treatment of children’s chills and colds.Methods: A total of 62 children who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for pediatric influenza were randomly divided into two groups according to the clinical lottery method,31 people per group.The observation group was treated by the Xi Jing Zao tuina method,and the control group was treated with conventional tuina treatment.The treatment period was 3 days,and the statistical analysis of TCM syndrome integrals was carried out before and after treatment to evaluate and analyze the overall efficacy of the two groups and the efficacy of each document.Results: 1.Efficiency comparison: The efficiency of the Xi Jing Zao tuina method group was 96.77%,and the efficiency of the conventional tuina group was 86.67%.The difference between the two sets of data is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of symptoms in the group: the data of Xi Jing Zao tuina group and conventional tuina group before and after treatment were compared in the group,the difference was significant.Both sets of methods are effective(P<0.05).3.Comparison of symptoms between groups:(1)compare the total score of symptoms after treatment between the two groups.The total score of the observation group is lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The difference is significant.The overall effect of Xi Jing Zao tuina is better than that of conventional tuina.(2)After treatment,on the main symptoms of cold nasal congestion,runny nose,headache single points,The observation group scored lower than the control group.the difference makes sense(P<0.05).The Xi Jing Zao tuina group was more effective in treating nasal congestion,runny nose and headache than in the routine tuina group.(3)In terms of colds and symptoms of fever,chills,cough,and general malaise,The difference between the two sets was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Both the Xi Jing Zao and the conventional tuina method can improve the clinical symptoms of children’s chill and colds.The effect of the Xi Jing Zao method is superior to the traditional tuina method,and it has a significant effect in the treatment of nasal congestion,runny nose and headache.
