| Objective:In this study,acupuncture at Pan medullary group points combined with oral administration of marrow tonifying traditional Chinese medicine was used to treat patients with motor dysfunction of ischemic stroke with medullary deficiency syndrome,systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combined with marrow tonifying method on patients with ischemic stroke,and explore the mechanism of neurological function recovery,so as to provide some ideas for further optimizing relevant treatment schemes in the future.Methods:96 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group,Fu Jian Fang Group and acupuncture drug Yisui method group,with 32 cases in each group.On the basis of routine internal medicine,acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment,the three groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Fujian Decoction in the Fujian formula group,and the acupuncture drug Yisui method group was treated with Fujian Decoction and acupoints in the pan marrow group(Baihui and Xuanzhong).The Fugl Meyer assessment(FMA)was used as the main evaluation index,and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel Index(BI),TCM syndrome score and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)level were used as secondary evaluation indexes before treatment At the end of 3 weeks of treatment,3-5ml of fasting blood was drawn from the patients,and the evaluation indexes were statistically analyzed.Result:After removing 6 cases of rejection and abscission,90 cases meeting the criteria were finally included in this study,including 30 cases in the control group,Fujian formula group and acupuncture and medicine Yisui method group.The age,gender,past history,FMA score before treatment,NIHSS score,Barthel score,TCM syndrome score and the content of BDNF in human peripheral serum of the three groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).1.FMA score comparison: intra group comparison: the FMA scores of the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P <0.01);Comparison between groups: after 3 weeks of treatment,the score of fujianfang group was lower than that of acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and higher than that of the control group.The overall difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P =0.01).There was significant difference between fujianfang group and the control group and between acupuncture and drug Yisui method group(P <0.05).There was significant difference between acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and the control group(P =0.01).2.NIHSS score comparison: intra group comparison: NIHSS scores of the three groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P< 0.01);Comparison between groups: after 3 weeks of treatment,the score of fujianfang group was lower than that of the control group and higher than that of the acupuncture and drug Yisui method group.The overall difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).There was significant difference between fujianfang group and the control group and between the acupuncture and drug Yisui method group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and the control group(P =0.01).3.Barthel score comparison: intra group comparison: the Barthel score of the three groups increased compared with that before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01);Comparison between groups: after 3 weeks of treatment,the score of Fujian formula group was lower than that of acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and higher than that of the control group.The overall difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between Fujian formula group and control group and acupuncture and drug Yisui method group(P >0.05).There was significant difference between acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and control group(P <0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: intra group comparison: the TCM syndrome score of the three groups decreased compared with that before treatment,with significant difference(P <0.01);Comparison between groups:after 3 weeks of treatment,the score of fujianfang group was lower than that of the control group and higher than that of the acupuncture drug Yisui method group.The overall difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).There was significant difference between the control group and fujianfang group and acupuncture drug Yisui method group(P <0.01).There was no significant difference between the acupuncture drug Yisui method group and fujianfang group(P >0.05).5.Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromes: after 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,the total effective rate of the Fujian formula group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the acupuncture and medicine Yisui method group was 93.3%.The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the Fujian formula group and the control group and the acupuncture drug Yisui method group(P >0.05).There was significant difference between the acupuncture drug Yisui method group and the control group(P <0.05).6.BDNF comparison: intra group comparison: the content of BDNF in the three groups increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison between groups: the score of Fujian formula group was lower than that of acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between Fujian formula group and control group and acupuncture and drug Yisui method group(P >0.05).There was significant difference between acupuncture and drug Yisui method group and control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1 Acupuncture and medicine combined with Yisui therapy and oral administration of Yisui traditional Chinese medicine Fujian recipe can effectively improve the defect of neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke and promote the recovery of limb motor function.2.Acupuncture and medicine combined with Yisui therapy can improve the neurological deficit of patients with acute ischemic stroke and promote the recovery of limb motor function.The curative effect is better than that of oral Yisui traditional Chinese medicine Fujian recipe.3.Acupuncture and medicine combined with Yisui method is effective in the treatment of motor dysfunction of ischemic stroke.It is easy to operate.There are no adverse reactions in the study.It can be further popularized in clinic. |
