Clinical Study On Shugan Yuwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis Of Liver-stomach Qi Stagnation Type

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety of Shugan Yuwei decoction in the treatment of Chronic erosive gastritis of Liver-Stomach Qi Stagnation Type,and to provide a better treatment scheme for clinic.Methods: A total of 64 patients with chronic erosive gastritis were divided into treatment group and control group evenly according to random number table method.The control group was given Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets and the treatment group was treated with Shugan Yuwei decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of clinical syndrome and gastric mucosal erosion in the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared after 12 weeks of drug withdrawal.Results:(1)After treatment,the TCM syndromes of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment;The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly better than 84.38% of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms of epigastric distension,belching hiccup,chest tightness,nausea and vomiting,noisy acid regurgitation and poor stool in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).there was no significant difference between the two groups in lack of appetite(P>0.05).(2)In terms of the improvement of gastric mucosa,the degree of gastric mucosal erosion was significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Clinical comprehensive efficacy: The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Recurrence rate: the patients in the two groups were followed up after12 weeks,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 32.14%,and that of the control group was 58.62%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the prognosis of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusions: Shugan Yuwei decoction has a good clinical evaluation on Chronic erosive gastritis of Liver-Stomach Qi Stagnation Type.It can effectively repair gastric mucosal erosion and reduce the recurrence rate.The formula is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
