Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Patients With Solitary Pulmonary Solid Nodule (Phlegm And Blood Stasis) With Jiebiao Kuoluo Decoction

ObjectiveIn this study,Patients with solitary pulmonary solid nodule(phlegm and blood stasis)were treated with Jiebiao Kuoluo decoction.To observe the clinical effect of Jiebiao Kuoluo decoction,and to explore its action mechanism,and to provide theoretical basis and treatment direction for the treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsIn this study,70 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The treatment group was treated with Jiebiao Kuoluo decoction for three months.The control group was not treated with drugs,but was followed up with chest CT three months later according to the recommendations of the《Interpretation of Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules(2018 version)》guidelines.Results1.General data:There was no statistical difference in sex,age,smoking history and other data between the two groups before treatment.2.Comparison of maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules : The maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules in the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the reduction of the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy of nodule diameter reduction:The total effective rate of reducing the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules was 25% in the treatment group and 3.03% in the control group.4.Risk scores for malignant transformation of nodules:The Mayo malignant risk score and Brock malignant risk score in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of risk score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine:In the treatment group,the scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).6.Therapeutic effects of TCM Syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 81.25%,while that in the control group was 3.03%.ConclusionJiebiao Kuoluo decoction has a significant effect on patients with solitary pulmonary solid nodule(phlegm and blood stasis),which can effectively reduce the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules,reduce the risk of malignant transformation of pulmonary nodules,and improve TCM syndromes.It has clinical application value and further research significance.It provides a new idea for the treatment of pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine.
