| ObjectiveThis study focuses on the clinical therapeutic effect of Wuji Powder combined with Gegen Decoction combined with western medicine to promote ovulation under the guidance of the theory of qi movement,in order to provide more effective treatment methods for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and improve the clinical pregnancy rate,and provide ideas and clinical data for the follow-up clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine.ContentIn this study,60 eligible patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group were pretreated with conventional western medicine for two months,and then treated with letrozole,urotropin(HMG)and velvet-promoting hormone for ovulation induction.In addition to taking the same drugs as the control group,the treatment group was treated with Wuji Powder and Gegen Decoction.The treatment period was 3 months.The clinical pregnancy rate,the amount of HMG used,the endometrial thickness on ovulation day,the TCM syndrome score and the changes of body mass index were observed.MethodsThe collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software,and the curative effect was judged.Results1.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in age,infertility years,BMI and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After 5 months’ treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate in the control group was32.1%,and that in the treatment group was 58.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.During ovulation induction treatment,the control group used an average of6.33±2.52 HMG per period,while the treatment group used 4.79±2.07 HMG,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).4.During ovulation induction,the average thickness of Em on HCG day in the control group was 8.46±1.46 mm,and that in the treatment group was 9.05±1.25 mm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the average BMI of patients in the control group was 25.28±1.45kg/m2,and that in the treatment group was 24.26±1.12 kg/m2.There was significant statistical difference in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant statistical difference in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the average TCM syndrome score of patients in the control group was 12.67±2.86,and that in the treatment group was 6.59±2.35.There was significant statistical difference in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant statistical difference in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).7.After 3 months’ treatment,the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the control group was 71.4%,and that of the treatment group was 93.1% the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.During the study period,there were no abnormal biochemical indexes in the control group and the treatment group,and no adverse reactions such as drug allergy or intolerance occurred.ConclusionIn this study,Wuji Powder combined with Gegen Decoction has achieved satisfactory clinical results in treating PCOS infertility caused by phlegm and blood stasis.The treatment of this disease guided by the theory of ascending and descending qi can improve the circulation of qi,restore the function of zang-fu organs and promote the growth and ovulation of follicles.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can not only improve the clinical pregnancy rate and restore ovulation,but also improve the clinical situation of patients and reduce the dosage of drugs,so that patients have higher compliance and self-confidence,which is worth popularizing. |
