Protective Effect Of Guanxinning Tablet On Panvascular Endothelial Function In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:1.To study the effect of guanxinning tablet on improving clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris.2.To study the protective effect of guanxinning tablet on vascular endothelial function in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods:1.Coronary angiography was performed in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese-medicine,forty-five patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and Observation Group(25 cases)according to the standard of admission and discharge,the clinical data,laboratory and imaging indexes were recorded,and the TCM symptom score and angina pectoris score were evaluated.2.The patients were followed up for 3 months after being included in the control group and the Observation Group,and the laboratory and imaging indexes were collected to evaluate the TCM symptom score and the score of angina pectoris,end-point events were recorded,including vascular death,nonfatal myocardial infarction,and ischemic stroke.3.To collect and analyze the data,evaluate the safety and clinical effect of guanxinning tablet,and explore the protective mechanism of guanxinning tablet on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris.Results:A total of 50 patients were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group(N=25)and control group(N=25),actually 20 patients were included.In terms of serum Vascular endothelial growth factor of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),peroxisome proliferative activated receptor γ(PPARγ)and nitric oxide(No),there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group could protect the endothelial function by improving the levels of VEGF,NO and PPAR y.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05)in the TCM symptoms and the effective rate of angina pectoris,indicating that the observation group was more effective in improving the TCM symptoms and angina pectoris.There was no significant difference in the improvement of carotid intima-media thickness and urinary microprotein before and after treatment in the observation group,the control group and the Observation Group and the control group(P>0.05),the results showed that guanxinning tablet could not improve the intima-media thickness of carotid artery and urinary microprotein after 3 months treatment.Conclusions:1.Compared with the control group,the effective rate in relieving symptoms in the observation group was more obvious,indicating that the treatment of guanxinning tablets combined with Western medicine has a greater clinical benefit in patients with stable angina pectoris.2.In terms of endothelial function,the serum levels of VEGF,NO and PPAR y in the observation group and the control group increased after treatment,but the serum levels of VEGF,NO and PPAR y in the observation group increased more significantly,conclusion:Guanxinning tablet can protect vascular endothelium by increasing the levels of VEGF,NO and PPAR y.3.There was no significant difference in IMT and urinary microprotein between the two groups after treatment,indicating that guanxinning tablet could not improve IMT and urinary microprotein after 3 months treatment.the risk of bleeding,liver damage and kidney damage in patients with coronary heart disease.5.Compared with simple secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,guanxinning tablet combined with secondary prevention of coronary heart disease for 3 months did not significantly improve the size of carotid artery IMT.
