| Objective:In this study,we mainly observed the effect of triamcinolone acetonide injection on non-allergic rhinitis and the effect of peripheral blood TH1/TH2 secretion-related cytokines IL-2,INF-γ,TNF,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10,and observed the clinical efficacy of Zusanli(ST 36)acupoint injection in the treatment of non-allergic rhinitis.Methods:Cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control groups using a random number table,and the treatment group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acupoint injection at Zusanli(ST 36)acupoint,and bilateral Zusanli(ST 36)acupoint injection was carried out once a week for 4 consecutive treatments.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray once daily for 4 weeks,and the total nasal symptom score(TNSS)of patients before treatment(baseline),after 4 weeks of treatment,after 3 months of treatment,and 1 year of treatment was collected,and the changes in peripheral blood TH1/TH2 secretion related cytokines(IL-2,INF-γ,TNF,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10)in the peripheral blood of the two groups were recorded by flow cytometry.Statistical data were analyzed to evaluate the short-and long-term efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms(sneezing,rhinorrhea,nasal itching,nasal congestion)and TNSS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The treatment group improved sneezing and runny nose symptoms better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2,INF-γ and TNF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 4weeks of treatment,the level of IL-2 in the control group increased significantly compared with before treatment the level of IL-4 decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the levels of INF-γ and TNF showed an upward trend compared with before treatment,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 decreased compared with the level of IL-6 and IL-10,but the difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared and the overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(85.0% P>0.0578.4%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of nasal symptoms and TNSS in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sneezing,rhinorrhea,nasal congestion symptoms and TNSS(except nasal itching)in the control group lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores of sneezing,runny nose symptoms and TNSS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between nasal itching and nasal congestion symptoms(P>0.05).The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared and showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(70.0%>51.4%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After one year of follow-up,the scores of nasal symptoms and TNSS in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05).Only nasal itching symptom score in nasal spray group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and it was found that the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion symptoms and TNSS(except nasal itch)in the treatment group after one year were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the scores of nasal itch symptoms(P>0.05).After one year,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(55.0%>24.3%),and the overall effective rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Zusanli(ST 36)acupoint injection and nasal glucocorticoid spray can improve the short-term symptoms of non-allergic rhinitis,and the treatment group has a more obvious effect on improving the symptoms of sneezing and runny nose.(2)Zusanli(ST 36)acupoint injection can significantly increase the levels of IL-2,INF-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood,and significantly reduce the levels of IL-4 and IL-6.(3)Zusanli(ST 36)acupoint injection has better long-term efficacy and stability,can significantly improve long-term nasal symptoms,and the safety is better than that of the control group.(4)The treatment group had a better response rate for the treatment of weak temper and renal yang deficiency. |
