Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Uric Acid Nephropathy With Bining Decoction Combined With Acupuncture Reinforcing-Reducing Manipulation

Objective:In this study,Bining Decoction combined with acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation was used to treat chronic uric acid nephropathy with damp-heat accumulation and spleen-kidney qi deficiency.The changes of TCM syndrome score,pain severity and laboratory indexes before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of this combined therapy was discussed,which provided new scheme and ideas for the treatment of uric acid nephropathy in TCM.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the selection criteria of chronic uric acid nephropathy with damp-heat accumulation and spleen-kidney qi deficiency were collected.According to the principle of simultaneous randomized controlled trials,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group using random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with allopurinol tablets,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Bining Decoction and acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation.The observation was continued for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,efficacy indicators(serum uric acid,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein quantification,and urine β2-microglobulin)and pain severity(scored by VAS scale)before and after treatment were collected,and the data were organized and statistically analyzed to objectively assess the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Binning Decoction combined with acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation for the treatment of this disease.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group performed better than the control group in terms of TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the laboratory indexes(serum uric acid,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein quantification,urine β2-microglobulin)and VAS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The effective rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 90.00%and 76.67%respectively,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rates of western medicine in the treatment group and the control group were 90.00%and 76.67%,respectively.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.During the clinical observation study,no significant adverse events were observed in both groups,and there were no statistically significant differences within or between groups in basic vital signs,blood cell analysis and liver function measurements before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Bining decoction combined with acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic uric acid nephropathy patients with dampheat accumulation and spleen-kidney qi deficiency.2.Bining decoction combined with acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation can effectively control the laboratory indexes such as serum uric acid,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein quantification,urine β2microglobulin and protect the renal function.3.Bining decoction combined with acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation can significantly reduce TCM syndrome score and VAS score,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
