The Clinical Research Of Strengthening Spleen And Relieving Turbity Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen Deficiencyand Damp Stagnted Blood-heat-type

Objective:This study through the clinical research of strengthening spleen and relieving turbity decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen deficiency and damp heat- type observe the clinical curative effect, statistical analysis of research data and clinical evaluation, to explore change chaotic feasibility and effectiveness of the kidney decoction, seek the new direction of chronic renal failure treatment, for further clinical objective evidence of evidence-based medicine.Method:60 cases of chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney deficiency and damp heat type) were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(routine treatment plus clear profit Kidney Decoction) and control group(treatment group). The control group was given basic treatment, treatment group were given basic treatment plus clear profit Kidney Decoction, treatment for 2 months. Before and after treatment were collected from two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory examination(serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin, urine protein in 24 hours, electrolyte) change data to determine the efficacy.Result:Clinical research: the clinical control rate was 20%, the total efficiency of 90%; control group, clinical control rate was 6.7%, the total effective rate was 56.67%, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Experimental results show: Change chaotic protect kidney Decoction in the treatment of spleen qi deficiency and damp heat syndrome of chronic renal failure in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, reduce urinary protein and regulation of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, electrolytes and has obvious curative effect, and the security is good, no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion:A foundation treatment and turbidity protect kidney decoction on chronic renal failure patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness heat intrinsic based treatment, the curative effect is superior to the pure and does not increase side effects. Can significantly reduce serum creatinine levels in patients with chronic renal failure, improve the glomerular filtration rate, delaying CRF progress speed, achieve kidney protection.
