| Objective: The aim of this paper was to reveal the diversity and differences in the intestinal flora structure of patients with coronary heart disease with obscene phlegm obstruction after intervention with Tian Xiang Dan granules by high-throughput sequencing technology.Methods: Sixty patients with coronary artery disease and phlegm obstruction were randomly divided into 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the intervention group.The control group was given daily western medical treatment for coronary artery disease,while the intervention group was given conventional treatment combined with Tian Xiang Dan granules.The structural changes of fecal colonies,diversity and significant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment were revealed by the analysis methods such as α and β diversity.SPSS26.0 software was applied for statistical analysis to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms and survival quality in both groups,and P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results: 1.General information: There was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of gender and age.2.Intestinal flora results:(1)Alpha diversity analysis: Chao1 index,Observed species index,Shannon index,Simpson index(P>0.05),no statistical significance,suggesting that the samples of the two groups had no significant difference in flora abundance,diversity and The two groups of samples were not significantly different in terms of abundance,diversity and homogeneity.(2)Beta diversity analysis: the two groups of samples by Adonis analysis of the difference P value:P = 0.016(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.(3)Comparison of results at the phylum and genus level: 1)At the phylum level,the intervention group compared to the control group: the abundance of Acidobacteria phylum increased,and the difference was statistically significant in comparison(P < 0.05).2)At the genus level,the intervention group compared to the control group: the abundance of Bacteroides,Lachnoclostridium and Agathobacter increased significantly,and significantly decreased Prevotella and Clostridia＿UCG-014;3.After treatment in both groups,the patients’ TCM symptom score,angina pectoris degree,and Seattle angina score were reduced,and the intervention group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The safety indexes of the two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the safety of medication was good,and no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion: Tianxiang Dan granules applied to the treatment of coronary heart disease with obscure phlegm obstruction evidence are effective in improving patients’ clinical symptoms and quality of life. |
