Purpose:In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Dong’s Sanjin point bloodletting combined with warm needling moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and comparing it with warm needling moxibustion alone. The clinical curative effect and difference between the two groups provide more clinical basis for bloodletting at three golden points of Dong’s combined with warm needling moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,60 patients with KOA who visited Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December 2022 were selected for inclusion in this study. All included cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with bloodletting at Dong’s Sanjin points combined with warm needling moxibustion.Local warm needling moxibustion was treated once a day,6 times as a course of treatment, with 6consecutive treatments.Bloodletting at Dong’s Sanjin points was performed once on the third day of each course of treatment.,3 courses of bloodletting at Dong’s Sanjin acupoint were performed 3 times;the control group was treated with simple warm needling moxibustion, with 6 consecutive days as a course of treatment, and one day rest after each course of treatment was completed.Record the VAS scores and WOMAC scores of the two groups before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment, and SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of relevant experimental data, and the difference in the efficacy of the two groups in relieving knee pain, stiffness and functional activities was compared.Results:1.A total of 60 patients were included in this study, and no patients dropped out in both the treatment group and the control group. Before treatment, the gender, age, course of disease,VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. After comparison,it was found that P>0.05,indicating that the difference was not statistically significant, and the two groups of patients were comparable;2.After the treatment, the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were compared within the group. The scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.3.After the treatment, the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation analysis: After 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of bloodletting at Sanjin point of Dong’s combined with warm needling moxibustion group was 93.33%;the total effective rate of warm needling moxibustion group alone was 80.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After rank sum test analysis, the results showed: Z=1.253,P=0.038 ﹤ 0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Both Dong’s Sanjin Point blood-letting combined with warm needling moxibustion and simple warm needling moxibustion have good efficacy in relieving knee pain, stiffness and functional activities, and the analgesic effect of Dong’s Sanjin point blood-letting combined with warm needling moxibustion is better than simple warm needling moxibustion.2.Bloodletting at Dong’s Sanjin Point has a positive intervention effect on knee osteoarthritis, and this study provides a clinical basis for the selection of clinical points and treatment methods for knee osteoarthritis.
