Research On Value Evaluation Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

The Third Session of the 13th National People’s Congress in May 2020 was after progress made in the proposal in 2019 to call for the construction of a museum for national non-genetic inheritors.Dozens of intangible heritage representatives actively promoted the sustainable development of intangible heritage protection.Suggestions and suggestions.In2021,there will be several representatives from the NPC and CPPCC to make suggestions on intangible cultural heritage.As of December 2020,a total of 42 intangible cultural heritage items in my country have been included in the UNESCO Intangible Heritage List(roster),and the number of intangible cultural heritage items ranks first in the world.Four batches of national intangible cultural heritage,totaling 10 categories,1372 representative items,have been established successively,and 3,145 sub-items are counted according to the reporting unit and region.The cultural industry has continued to become an important part of the country’s development,and intangible cultural heritage has gradually become an extremely important cultural capital with huge development potential.However,there are still problems in the use of intangible cultural heritage in my country at this stage,and there is little research on the embedded value of intangible cultural heritage.Without a complete and scientific evaluation system of intangible cultural heritage,it is far from forming a complete and unified theory and method.Therefore,this article starts with the study of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional handicrafts,which is a specific type of intangible cultural heritage,and explores the value evaluation methods of intangible cultural heritage.First,explain that intangible cultural heritage has not only use value but also non-use value.These two values correspond to two different evaluation methods.Since my country does not have mature evaluation methods to evaluate the non-use value,foreign countries are used.The CVM method is deeply researched;the use value adopts the market method,and finally this evaluation method is applied to the value evaluation of Yangcun(Tuckahoe)dried cakes to verify the practicability of this method.
