Nature,Social,Spirit:the Three Dimensions Of Body View In The Inner Chapters Of The Zhuangzi

The view of the body is an important research field in the history of Chinese philosophy,Studying Zhuangzi from the body view is an important perspective to analyze zhuangzi’s philosophy from the perspective of life philosophy.Based on the inner part of Zhuangzi,this paper analyzes zhuangzi’s view of body and mind from multiple perspectives and at multiple levels.Starting with the concepts of "body","body" and "mind" related to the view of body,this paper tries to systematically sort out and explain the view of body.On the basis of clarifying the concept,this paper futher explores the body view in the inner chapters of the zhuangzi in three dimensions of natural gasification,social politics and spiritual transcendence.The first chapter examines the rich connotation of "body" in the inner chapters of the zhuangzi."Body" is not just a static physical body,but a dynamic subject with both "form" and "mind".The interactive relationship between "mind" and "form" presents the essential connotation of body view.In the second chapter,zhuangzi regards "body" as the product of "gasification" under the direction of natural gasification.Because of the participation of Qi,the internal "mind" and the external "form" can be communicated and integrated.It is also the natural nature of Qi.The process of birth and death of the body is only a natural process of Qi gathering and dispersing.At this time,both "form" and "mind" have the characteristics of materiality and nature.Chapter three,under the social life direction,no matter the sinister social environment or the tense political relations,the physical body may be harmed,which constitutes the dilemma of human survival.On the one hand,Zhuangzi put the protection of "form" in the first place;On the other hand,he solved the difficulties he faced by "form is harmony of mind".The fourth chapter,on the level of spiritual transcendence,is the ultimate way for Zhuangzi to get rid of the restriction of natural body and natural passion,and the restriction of social reality on "form" and "mind",and to realize the ideal state of "body" freedom and "mind" freedom.The fifth chapter five discusses the historical and modern significance of the body view in the inner chapters of the Zhuangzi.The discussion of the body problem had an important influence on the concept of body and mind in Wei and Jin metaphysics.Of course,its connotation also provides a reference perspective for how modern people deal with personal and physical conflicts and how to deal with social relations.
