The sememe analysis method is an emerging semantic analysis method that emerged with the rise of semantics.It can delve into the microstructure within the meaning of words,independently reflecting the differences and connections between meanings,and is one of the effective methods for distinguishing Chinese synonyms.In the teaching of vocabulary in international Chinese education,synonyms are not only a difficult point for international students studying in China,but also a key focus of teacher teaching.Although teachers actively help students distinguish words with similar meanings,if the meaning interpretation of words is not fully analyzed,it will lead to errors in mixing and misusing synonyms among international students.This article integrates the semantic analysis method into the teaching of Chinese synonyms through online teaching,helping international students improve their ability to distinguish and apply synonyms,and striving to contribute to the online teaching of vocabulary in international Chinese education.Research has shown that applying the sememe analysis method to online synonym teaching has positive significance for learners to recognize,differentiate,and master synonyms.The full text discusses the feasibility of applying the sememe analysis method to the teaching of Chinese synonyms.Statistical analysis is conducted on synonyms in "Developing Chinese-Intermediate Comprehensive"(I,II)(2nd edition),and then the sememe analysis method is used to design and analyze the teaching of commonly used noun synonyms,verb synonyms,and adjective synonyms,Understand and master the specific methods and methods of applying semantic analysis to the teaching of Chinese synonyms from the perspectives of textbooks and corpus,and finally conduct teaching evaluation and reflection.Through practice,this article summarizes that Chinese students studying abroad still have four problems when using the sememe analysis method to distinguish Chinese synonyms: "improper morpheme meaning analysis,improper word combination and matching,improper context use,and cultural differences between China and foreign countries",as well as the reasons for the three problems: "vocabulary interpretation affects sememe induction,similarity in form and meaning affects sememe induction,and polysemy of a word affects sememe induction",Propose four teaching strategies: "using sememe analysis to distinguish the meaning of morphemes,using sememe analysis to match word combinations,widely using sememe analysis in contextual practice,and combining sememe analysis with Chinese culture",aiming to not only help Chinese learners skillfully use sememe analysis to accurately distinguish word meanings,but also spread knowledge of Chinese culture.
