Research On Public Cultural Service Of Township Comprehensive Cultural Station In Tongan District

In recent years,under the general trend of comprehensively optimizing and transforming the social and economic structure,the domestic government adheres to the core orientation of people-centered,and provides high-quality public cultural services to the people,so as to achieve the new normal development of the economy with strong spiritual support.As an important part of improving the public cultural service system,the township comprehensive cultural station not only enriches the social and cultural activities of the township residents,but also attracts the public to maintain a strong sense of gain and participate in the co-construction and sharing of public cultural services through rich cultural activities.As the participants and serviced persons of the cultural station,the people’s opinions and suggestions are particularly important for improving the development and construction of the cultural station.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the public cultural services of township comprehensive cultural stations to enhance the public’s sense of acquisition and happiness.This paper takes the public cultural service of the township comprehensive cultural station in Tong’an District as an example,from the perspective of public perception,sorts out relevant domestic and foreign research literature,and refers to accessibility theory,principal-agent theory,and collaborative governance theory.Then,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for public cultural services of township comprehensive cultural stations,and distributes questionnaires and interviews.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems of insufficient investment in hardware service facilities,imperfect talent team construction,insufficient supply of public cultural services,imperfect current management systems,and poor public cultural services in the public cultural services of township comprehensive cultural stations in Tong’an District.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the countermeasures to improve the public cultural services of the township comprehensive cultural stations in Tong’an District,and proposes measures to improve the public cultural service mechanism,strengthen the supply of service facilities and cultural products,and unblock the communication channels.The optimization strategy for improving the public cultural service of the cultural station provides thinking for the public cultural service of the township comprehensive cultural station in Tongan District.
