The "xiaoshixian" Sinology education project of Dalian poetry society has passed through the initial stage of financing,and has completed the preparation of hardware conditions such as curriculum content design,teachers and management team establishment,site and other hardware conditions.At present,the overall marketing strategy is blank.Therefore,this study designs marketing strategy from scratch,and records and analyzes the experience and lessons learned from the strategy practice.This paper adopts the systematic process of marketing strategy research.Firstly,it gives a general description of the related concepts,research status at home and abroad and the technical route of the research.Then,it analyzes the external environment,internal environment and STP market positioning,extracts four marketing elements from the existing marketing theory and constructs four marketing strategies Finally,according to PDCA cycle,the precautions and safeguard measures in the implementation process are formulated.In this paper,the "little poetry Fairy" Sinology education project is treated differently from the traditional service industry,abandoning the relatively traditional old thinking,and combining with the characteristics of the current Internet era,the strategy of keeping pace with the times is analyzed.The marketing target of this project is to cover the four districts of Dalian City in two years and to develop the markets of key cities in the province within five years.The initial goal of children’s Sinology education marketing has been established.The focus of this paper is on the customers in four districts of Dalian city and the nationwide customers initially touched by Internet channels.Therefore,this paper records the marketing problems encountered in the initial stage of entrepreneurship,the thinking and research,the measures and programs taken,as well as the prediction and plan for the future,aiming at learning and practicing in the process of entrepreneurship. |
