Research On The Mechanism And Development Of Rural Literature And Arts Dissemination In Shandong

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.When culture thrives,the nation thrives;when culture is strong,the nation is strong.As the weakest link in national cultural construction,rural areas profoundly affect the realization of rural revitalization strategy.To fully prosper rural culture,the prosperous development of literary and artistic communication activities,which are popular among the rural masses,is indispensable.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress: vigorously prosper and develop socialist literature and arts,and strengthen the construction of literary and artistic teams.Promote the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries,improve the public cultural service system,deeply implement cultural projects for the people,and enrich cultural activities for the masses.Only by comprehensively and deeply understanding the current situation of rural cultural communication and facing the dilemma faced by rural literary communication can we promote rural cultural construction toward higher quality.Based on the actual situation in Ningyang County,Shandong Province,this thesis investigates the activities of sending operas to the countryside,which has lasted for ten years since 2013.In response to these problems,we analyze the dissemination mechanism of the activities of sending operas to the countryside in Ningyang County,and propose a series of solutions to strengthen grassroots cultural construction,optimize and innovate the dissemination content,reconstruct the dissemination context,and improve the dissemination mechanism.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts,among which,the introductory part introduces the background and significance of the selected topic,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and the research ideas and methods.The first chapter briefly reviews the development of rural spiritual culture in the first 30 years of the founding of China and the 40 years of reform and opening up,and briefly outlines the activities of sending opera to the countryside in Ningyang County in these two specific historical contexts;the second chapter,through field research,clarifies how the activities of sending opera to the countryside in Ningyang County were organized and carried out from top to bottom,what contents were disseminated in what forms,and who the audiences of the contents were.Chapter 3,based on the contents of the first two chapters,affirms and analyzes the positive effects of the activities of sending opera to the countryside on the construction of rural culture over the past ten years;Chapter 4,in the research,recognizes the real dilemma of the dissemination of rural literature and culture in Shandong Province,and through reviewing the relevant materials of sending opera to the countryside over the past decades,visiting cultural stations,heads of literary and artistic groups and some literary and artistic workers,and conducting in-depth interviews with the local villagers,we have a better understanding of the cultural and artistic activities in Ningyang County.Chapter 5,by drawing on advanced cases at home and abroad and taking into account the actual situation in rural Shandong,explores the development paths to alleviate the real dilemma from four perspectives:communication subject,communication content,communication context and communication mechanism,with a view to providing reference strategies for improving the effectiveness of grassroots public cultural services.
