Research On Gender Division Of Labor From The Perspective Of Marxist Philosophy

To realize the free and comprehensive development of human is the puraim and essential requirement of communism.In order to realize this requirement,we must abandon the social division of labor dominated by the logic of capital.Under the condition of capitalism,the division of labor is increasingly clear,and the conflicts in the field of division of labor are more and more noteworthy.Facing the frequent contradiction of division of labor,how to treat the gender division of labor,how to accurately understand the position of gender division of labor in the division of labor,how to sublate the division of labor is the subject of common concern of Marxist philosophy and Marxist feminism.Based on this,this paper takes textual and historical investigation of the gender division of labor as the core issue,puts the gender division of labor in the historical and realistic background,conducts in-depth investigation of the gender division of labor at different times and in different forms,and focuses on the use of Marx’s division of labor theory and alienated labor theory to specifically discuss the nature and performance of the gender division of labor.It also tries to explore ways to sublate gender division of labor and alienation by combining Marxist feminist viewpoint.The thesis as a whole is divided into five parts.The first part of this paper tries to sort out the basic viewpoints and development process of Marx and Engels’ division of labor theory,and expound the emphases of Marn-n’s division of labor theory in different texts.On the one hand,it ensures that the analysis of gender division of labor always adheres to the analytical methods of Marxist philosophy;on the other hand,it analyzes the essence of gender division of labor in order to accurately grasp the key to solve this problem.It also proves that Marx and Engels’ method of criticizing capitalism is also applicable to criticizing gender division of labor.The second part of the paper specifically analyzes the formation history of the gender division of labor in the long years and the characteristics of various periods,not only looking for its commonalities,summarizing the labor activities undertaken by women in different historical periods,but also paying special attention to the strengthening phenomenon of the division of labor and the strengthening phenomenon of the gender division of labor in the industrial society dominated by capital,and investigating the new characteristics of the gender division of labor within the framework of capital.The third part of the paper describes the specific performance of the gender division of labor,from reproductive feeding to housework to self-cognition,covering the performance of material production and ideological presentation,trying to present the recognized problems and unrecognized problems together,exposing the plight of women to a greater extent and in a deeper level.The rapid development of social division of labor and Commodity Exchange has accelerated the formation of private ownership,and the means of production in the hands of some people has accelerated the inequality of rights.The fourth part of the paper starts with private ownership and explores the relationship between the development of private ownership and ge nder division of labor.The fifth part of the thesis promotes the in-depth research of Marx and Engels on the female emancipation contained in the human emancipation,examines the way,degree and results of the combination of Marxism and feminism in the process of the development of feminist theory and practice,and seeks the faster realization of female emancipation and human emancipation based on the consistency between the two.Through the above research,the thesis thinks that the gender division of labor in Marxist philosophy theory reflects the theoretical consciousness of practical problems,it is an important part of understanding the internal logic of human emancipation and realizing the goal of human free and comprehensive development,it shows that the path to solve the problem of gender division of labor has unity with the realization of human comprehensive development.
