The Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK)include "Listening" "Reading" and "Writing".And "Writing" first appeared in HSK Level 3,and the "Complete Sentence" is the first question in the "Writing" section. The "Complete Sentence" focuses on the examination of Chinese language points, vocabulary and Chinese character writing, and the overall difficulty is not high. However,we found in the actual teaching process that Thai students are not familiar with the HSK Level 3 "Complete Sentence",and often make mistakes when doing the questions. Therefore, this paper conducts researching on this question. And the paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, research object, research significance, research status, research methods and corpus sources. The second chapter mainly summarizes the characteristics of the HSK level 3 "Complete Sentence",scoring requirements, the key points of its’ examination etc.The focus is on analyzing various language points examined in 34 sets of examination papers, comparing the number of repetitions with language points in textbooks and syllabuses, and finding 21 frequently tested language points, researching the examination forms and characteristics of these language points. In the third chapter,we test Thai students with the help of test questions by selected from the examination papers. And made error analysis of the test results. The error analysis results show that the top four language points in the error rate are the structural particle "地",the imperative sentence, the preposition "对" and the "是" sentence. The main types of errors are grammatical errors, punctuation errors,Chinese character errors and empty questions. The reasons for the errors are mainly due to the negative transfer of students’ mother tongue, insufficient knowledge of Chinese language points, and low applicability of the method of doing the questions. In Chapter four, based on the problems encountered by Thai students in HSK Level 3 "Complete Sentence",we suggest that teachers can use bilingual comparison method, structural formula method, component substitution method, error analysis method or the examination papers simulation method for grammar teaching, and provide reference ideas for the teaching of Chinese writing and punctuation. Also, this chapter also provides some suggestions for students to effectively prepare for the exam, believing that accumulating knowledge of Chinese, cultivating a sense of Chinese language, acquiring skills through problem-solving,and persistently practicing Chinese character writing are more handy strategies for preparing for the exam. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, which mainly includes the conclusion of the research of this paper and the shortcomings of this paper.
