Since ancient times,China has been a country full of poetic charm.There are ancient books of poetry,he Songs of Chu,and existing poetry and prose,all of which reflect the excellent cultural genes of the Chinese nation.As an excellent cultural heritage in China,ancient poetry is extremely rich in content and has profound cultural impact.In teaching Chinese as a foreign language,ancient poetry teaching can not only enable students to learn Chinese language knowledge,but also enable them to understand Chinese cultural knowledge and like ancient Chinese poetry and culture.Therefore,in both theoretical and practical significance,the teaching of ancient poetry in teaching Chinese as a foreign language should be paid attention to.However,in the existing classroom of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,there are still many problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in terms of teachers,textbooks,curriculum settings,and teaching methods.How to effectively and reasonably teach ancient poetry is a problem that needs to be solved at present.On the basis of existing research,this article has learned about the current situation of Chinese language teaching and ancient poetry teaching in Bugil Girl’s High School in South Korea,as well as the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in neighboring schools,through consulting relevant materials,conducting interviews with local Chinese language teachers in South Korea and Chinese language teachers in schools around Cheonan,and conducting questionnaires on teaching objects.After summarizing and analyzing the current situation,the teaching design of "Jingyesi" and "Acacia" was carried out,using various teaching methods,such as direct translation method,intuitive teaching method,situational teaching method,music teaching method,heuristic method,and interactive teaching method.Subsequently,teaching practice was conducted in the classroom of the Chinese optional course for the sophomore year of Bugil Girl’s High School in South Korea.Through the reactions of students in the classroom,the learning effects after class,and the feedback from students,the advantages and disadvantages of teaching practice are objectively analyzed and summarized,such as:selecting appropriate content for ancient poetry but inappropriate selection of soundtracks in music teaching methods;Various teaching methods have been adopted but the teaching content is not deep enough;Basically completed the teaching objectives,but the teaching lacks long-term and continuity.Based on the advantages and disadvantages summarized in teaching practice,corresponding teaching suggestions for ancient poetry teaching for Korean primary Chinese learners are proposed,such as selecting ancient poetry based on the level of the teaching object’s Chinese language;Make full use of multimedia equipment;Selecting multiple teaching methods in teaching;Paying attention to classroom interest;Reasonably carry out expansion activities and combine ancient poetry with student life.
