Research On The Hospice Care Of The Urban Elderly From The Perspective Of Marxist Anthropology

With the deepening of the aging of the population and the transformation of the main social contradictions,people’s demand for a better life is constantly improving,and the process of the construction and improvement of hospice care for the elderly has been pushed to a higher level of demand.The core of hospice care is in line with human pursuit of high quality of life,human understanding of human nature,and the value of free and comprehensive development of everyone.With the rapid development of social economy in our country,people’s levels of needs are rising,and the expectation of quality of life and quality of life involving human dignity and value has become a consensus.In 2011,the former Ministry of Health proposed for the first time to include hospice care and related contents in long-term medical care in the Outline of China’s Nursing Development Plan(2011-2015).In April 2022,the Circular of The General Office of the State Council on the Issuance of the 14 th Five-Year National Health Plan pointed out that nursing services should be optimized,and hospice care should be extended to primary medical and health institutions within medical unions.In today’s aging population is increasingly aggravated,hospice care and its career development is entering people’s common vision,gradually become the daily life of the people have to think and face the situation,but hospice care is faced with many difficulties and problems,the study of this issue has become an urgent need in the field of theory and practice.Based on literature research,with Marxist humanistic thought as the theoretical basis and basic value follow,this paper combs and summarizes the development status of hospice care for the urban elderly in our country through visiting investigation and case study,expounds the development process of hospice care in China,especially in cities,and explores the existing problems and their reasons.Finally,we will explore ways to improve the end-of-life quality of the elderly,so as to realize the end-of-life dignity of human beings and spend the final journey of life in a human way.The thesis is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction of this paper.This paper mainly explains the purpose and significance of this research,research ideas and methods,domestic and foreign research status and research object,content and focus and difficulties,and the article writing ideas are sorted out,to lay a foundation for the following writing.The second part explains the development course and core connotation of Marxist humanistic thought.Sorting out the ideological origin of Marxist humanistic thought;Expound the background and significance of Marxist humanistic thought;To sum up the development course of Marxist humanistic thought;To refine the core connotation and characteristics of Marxist humanistic thought.This part lays a firm Marxist theoretical foundation for the study of this paper,but also provides the basic value for the study to follow.The third part explains the development process of hospice care for the urban elderly in our country and the significance of hospice care from the perspective of Marxist humanistic thought.It clarifies the concept of hospice care,briefly discusses the hospice care mode of each period in the course of development,and expounds the significance of hospice care for the elderly in cities based on Marxist humanistic thought.The fourth part explains the predicament of hospice care and cause in the level of concept value,policy system and medical means,dig the reasons behind it,and provide ideas for the path innovation of improving the quality of hospice care for the elderly in the city.The fifth part mainly expounds the way to improve the quality of hospice care for the elderly by following Marxist humanistic thought as the fundamental value.The paper starts from four aspects: one is to increase the policy support;The second is to promote multi-party cooperation and integrate hospice care related resources;Third,pay attention to hospice humanistic care and psychological intervention;Fourth,learn from Chinese and western humanistic wisdom to improve the life quality of hospice care,so as to promote the development of hospice care.
