As the heyday of the unified development of Chinese history and culture,the Tang Dynasty is a wonderful chapter that cannot be ignored in Chinese archaeology.In the context of the unification of the Tang Dynasty,the culture was integrated,a complete set of etiquette systems was established,and the situation of all neighboring nations staying obedient and the nation staying prosperous and peaceful,creating The Flourishing Kaituan Reign Period and Zhenguan Period and achieving an unprecedented international status.Hebei Dao in the Tang Dynasty,set in March of the first year of Zhenguan,covers present-day Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,northern Henan Province,northwestern Shandong Province,three provinces in Northeast China,and even the eastern four leagues(Chifeng City,Xing’an League,Tongliao City,and Hulunbuir City)in Inner Mongolia.In the southern region of Hebei Dao,it boasts a large population,developed economy and agricultural production as the main production resource.The government has set an official prefecture and official county to government it.In the northern region,there are vast areas for ethnic minorities and a military and border defense center at that time.As a kind of tomb with a special shape,the ship-shaped tomb was often placed in a small brick chamber tomb or placed in other forms of tomb for sorting and research in previous time on Tang Dynasty tombs,and few people studied it separately.The paper intends to make a comprehensive statistics and sort out the ship-shaped tombs in the southern and northern regions of Hebei Dao in the Tang Dynasty,and conduct a typographical study of the burial shape of ship-shaped tombs on this basis so as to summarize the shape characteristic of ship-shaped tombs in each region.Furthermore,the burial objects,especially these typical ones,will be studied with typology,based on which ship-shaped tombs both in the northern and southern regions are studied in stages.In addition,the characteristics of tombs in the south and north of Hebei Dao are comparatively studied,and the similarities and differences in the ship-shaped tomb system between the Hebei Dao and Jiangnan Dao in the Tang Dynasty are explored. |
