The Exploration And Application Of Linear Language In Oil Painting "Grass-Clothing-Wood-Food"

“Linear language” has been playing an important role in both eastern and western painting,and it is one of the important means of expression for ancient and modern painters to study and apply it,the expression of linear language in eastern and western painting has its own development process and origin,and plays an irreplaceable role in painting.“Line” is a form of expression which is used by human beings according to the shape,motion and change of objective objects.Due to the different cultures and aesthetics of different nations in the world,the subject has different ways of viewing the object,which will inevitably lead to different artistic languages.In the modern painting creation,the line has obtained the very great degree liberation,“The line” as the expression thought and the emotion means,is in the picture trace existence,is also the mind activity carrier,the line itself and the combination of the line in the picture are all with a strong subjectivity,its expression has become a painter to explore the language style of painting one of the main features.In this paper,the combination of historical research,induction and comparison,according to the changes of linear language in each historical period,first from the eastern and western painting in the development of linear language and changes in the process of analysis and elaboration,from the space of the line,decorative line,the emotional line,heart trace of the line of the four aspects of“Linear language” in artistic creation in the form of expression.Thus the author in the oil painting“Grass clothing wood food” in the process of artistic practice to explore the use and profound understanding and perception.through in-depth analysis of the form and change of linear expression language,so that the author in learning from the artist’s painting of linear language to avoid rote,so as to be able to better explore their own pursuit of the road to the art of painting.
