Research On The Knowledge Management Optimization Strategy Of Children’s Music Training Institutions In HaiKou

Since the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,subject-based education and training industry institutions have been withdrawing from the education and training market,the quality education industry ushered in an unprecedented opportunity to rise,in this context,music training institutions to develop.At the same time,knowledge resources have gradually become the core resources of enterprises in today’s rapidly developing globalized economy.As a knowledge service industry,the employees of music training institutions are mostly knowledge-based talents,Therefore,effective management of knowledge resources in training institutions is an intrinsic driver for the healthy development of institutions.Based on this,this paper takes the children’s music training institution in Haikou City as the research object,analyzes its knowledge management issues,and conducts a study with specific practical situations.The first is to sort out the relevant studies of domestic and foreign scholars in knowledge management by using literature research method to provide the theoretical basis for the subsequent study.Secondly,through literature research method and field survey,we understand the current development history of children’s music training institutions in Haikou and the existing problems of management mechanism including organizational structure,human resources and incentive system.Again,by drawing on relevant previous studies,seven variables were conceived and a theoretical model was constructed for children’s music training institutions in Haikou City.On this basis,field research and questionnaires were used to investigate the children’s music training institutions in Haikou to clarify the problems of their knowledge management,and the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and ANOVA.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the knowledge management optimization strategies suitable for the children’s music training institutions in Haikou are proposed,including the establishment of a knowledge base,the establishment of a real-time knowledge exchange platform,and the strengthening of the institutional knowledge management culture,in order to promote the development of the children’s music training institutions in Haikou.
