| Changes in the media environment,the introduction of relevant policies and the launch of "A Bite of China " in 2012 have led to the development of Chinese food documentaries.On the one hand,food documentaries have sprung up,and food documentaries are becoming more and more mature as a subgenre of documentaries,On the other hand,the theoretical research of food documentaries is relatively lagging behind,although well-known scholars such as He Suliu and Zhang Tongdao have paid attention to food documentaries,However,systematic in-depth research on food documentaries is still relatively lacking,and this graduation project is carried out in this context.This thesis basically follows the research line of practice-theory-practice.The first is to collect,summarize and analyze food documentaries broadcasting on online platforms and TV platforms,Focus on the analysis of its commentary writing and dubbing style and skills,Then,combined with the relevant theories of literary writing and film and television production,the theoretical summary and systematic summary of the creation of commentary for food documentaries are carried out.Finally,the results of theoretical research are used to guide the creation of commentaries.In the thesis,the content of chapter3,chapter 4 and chapter 5 is written according to the ideas of theoretical sorting,program analyzing,and research results application.As a thesis corresponding to the graduation project,this thesis is mainly divided into two parts in structure.The first is to sort out the research background and related theoretical achievements,that is,the introduction and the first chapter of the thesis;The second is the analysis and creation of food documentary commentaries,that is,chapters 2to 5,It is carried out from four aspects: the conception,writing,dubbing,and coordination of the commentary with other elements.The creation part of the commentary in Chapter 3 is mainly written on the basis of relevant theories of literature and cultural studies,especially emphasizing the literary attributes of the commentary as a TV genre,and focusing on the four aspects of vocabulary,sentence structure,grammar and rhetoric,highlighting the cultural connotation that food documentary commentary should have.Chapter 4 of the commentary dubbing part shifts the focus of the discussion to the artistic points related to the creation of the narrator sound,such as emotion,rhythm,timbre,tone,and style,emphasizing the artistry and creativity of commentary dubbing and the leading role of directors in the commentary dubbing process.Chapter 5 sorts out the relationship between commentary and other factors such as picture,simultaneous sound and sound from the perspective of post-editing,emphasizing the task and application value of interpreting commentary as a sound element and narrative means in the creation of food documentaries,especially in the post-editing process. |
