Along with the current attention to industrial heritage, the urban cultural remoulding and the rise of the sharing economy have led to the reutilization of existing industrial heritage factories as physical carriers of industrial culture, transforming them into creative collective office spaces, promoting the development of cultural creative industries while continuing the industrial spirit, providing a convenient and efficient interactive sharing platform, forming an open social scene to stimulate the creativity of creative cultural industries, and realizing the gradual accumulation of cultural creative industries through resource sharing.Relying on the industrial remnant factory building, this paper explores the efficient, convenient and diversified space construction method with modularization method, and realizes the need for different office space quickly. The column span of industrial remnant plant is used as modulus to meet the specification requirements of various plants in different regions and to form space combination and construction paradigm.Based on the size of the enterprise,it is divided into three types of space units with different style preferences and flexible functional modules, which provide users with a variety of options and combinations. The systematic space unit is put into the factory of overseas chinese meia car no.1 to carry out conceptual design practice. It is concluded that the application of modular space unit is feasible in creative collective office space, which is helpful to improve the dynamic applicability of space, promote the effective use of space resources and meet the office needs of different industries.
