| At present,the automobile production business plays a key guarantee function for the stable development of the national economy.However,due to the complex and diverse uncertainty risk factors that are easily generated in the automobile production system,and the weak special evaluation and research work on safety production by most automobile production companies,if the production risk factors are not well controlled,they often bring serious losses to the enterprise.Therefore,comprehensive and Accurate identification and quantitative assessment of production risks are crucial for automobile production companies to maintain long-term stable safety production status.According to the shortcomings faced by domestic automobile production enterprises in the process of automobile production at present,this paper uses the theoretical knowledge of safety management science and technology,information system science and technology and modern applied mathematics to carry out specific theoretical research on automobile production risk assessment,and proves the effectiveness and scientificity of the research results through the actual cases and data analysis in the research.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Using text method to investigate and summarize automobile production accidents,followed by identifying the risk factors of automobile production.Through accident cause analysis,the four major risk factors of human,machine,environment,and management were identified;Conduct human factor accident analysis based on HFACS method to systematically obtain relevant human risk factors;The deductive reasoning and the accident tree method are combined to analyze high-risk production accidents.By using the deductive reasoning to analyze the risk factors of specific accidents and the accident tree method to analyze the importance of risk factors,the characteristics and key factors of accidents can be obtained,which provides an important reference for the construction of risk indicators.(2)Introducing the HHM-RFRM theory and its applicability to constructing risk indicators for automotive production,the HHM-RFRM theory was used to construct production risk assessment indicators for automotive production enterprises.Firstly,the overall framework of relevant indicators was identified based on hierarchical holographic modeling theory,and then the filtering methods of risk filtering and management theory were used to screen out indicators with relatively small impact.Finally,a relatively complete risk assessment indicator system was established,Including 6 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators.(3)A production risk assessment model for automotive production enterprises was constructed using the theory of DEMATEL-ANP-FCE combination.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of automotive production risk indicators from the perspective of theoretical modeling,three methods including decision laboratory method,network analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were improved to optimize the combination of DEMATEL method and ANP method.The DEMATEL-ANP method was selected as the basic evaluation method for automotive production risk,and then combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an automotive production risk assessment model based on DEMATEL-ANPFCE theory was established.(4)Empirical research.This article applies the theoretical research results to the safety of an automobile production enterprise in Guangdong In the full production assessment,the assessment of the company’s internal production risk situation and the determination of the level of safety level were completed.At the same time,in order to further improve the company’s internal safety level and achieve automobile safety production as much as possible,this article provides specific improvement suggestions based on the special situations that appear in the assessment results and new issues in the company’s internal safety production control,This proves the correctness,feasibility,and effectiveness of the academic viewpoints and research methods provided in this article.The research results of this article provide important reference basis for the production risk assessment of automobile production enterprises,and lay a theoretical foundation for ensuring the safety production of automobile production enterprises. |
