| In 2006,Miao embroidery was included in the first batch of the "National Intangible Cultural Heritage List".Miao embroidery,one of the most representative art forms in Miao folk culture,is the crystallisation of the wisdom,experience and emotion of the Miao people,especially Miao women,over thousands of years.Today,in Guizhou,Hunan and Guangxi,Miao embroidery has become a cultural brand with great market appeal,occupying an important place in the cultural tourism industry,such as the trading and rental of ethnic costumes,various performances and creative products,and is very popular among the public.The stitches of Miao embroidery record the long history and splendid culture of the Miao people,and also embroider the future of getting rid of poverty and getting rich.Many Miao embroidery collectors,Miao embroidery inheritors and Miao embroidery enterprises treasure a large number of Miao embroidery works and embroidery pieces,and many new Miao embroidery works have emerged,so how to better preserve and collect Miao embroidery works and Miao embroidery pieces has also become a concern for many Miao embroidery collectors and Miao embroidery enterprises.This paper uses the example of a storage cabinet for Miao embroidery pieces to analyse the current development of Miao embroidery and the current situation of Miao embroidery enterprises,and to innovate a cabinet to meet the needs of enterprises for effective storage of Miao embroidery pieces.The innovative design needs to be guided by a certain theory,which can effectively reduce the design time and design cost,and thus improve the quality of the designed product.QFD is a method of identifying design problems driven by customer needs and using HOQ as a technical analysis tool,while TRIZ is a method of solving design problems using tools such as conflict matrices and invention principles.QFD aims to explore the requirements acquisition problems in the design process,while TRIZ is dedicated to exploring how these problems can be realised.The study combines QFD and TRIZ to form a model for innovative design,and uses the example of a Miao embroidery piece storage cabinet to test the feasibility of the model.By fully demonstrating the strengths and complementing the strengths of both theories,it helps to better exploit the integrity of the product design process and innovative ideas.In the research process,research on the storage cabinet and the needs of Miao embroidery enterprises was conducted through direct observation,questionnaires and user interviews,and the information was collated using the affinity diagram method to obtain the main needs of Miao embroidery enterprises and calculate their importance using the importance formula.The weight of the technical characteristics is calculated and the quality house of the Miao embroidery piece storage cabinet is established.The correlation of the quality house is analysed to obtain the negative correlation of the technical characteristics,which is analysed for contradiction,and finally the design direction of the Miao embroidery piece storage cabinet is mined using tools such as the engineering parameters of TRIZ and the principle of invention,and the design scheme of the Miao embroidery piece storage cabinet is proposed and designed.It proves that the application of QFD theory and TRIZ theory combined in product design is feasible and further provides a new reference for the product design procedure. |
