| Sakura is the collective name of several plants in the Rosaceae genus Cerasus.It has bright colors and lush foliage.It is an important large-scale flower viewing tree species and an excellent garden tree species in early spring.Ap FPpriate increased application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers can FPmote healthy plant growth and enhance disease resistance.However,Guiyang soil lacks phosphorus and nitrogen and potassium,and phosphorus and potassium fertilizers have an important impact on the growth of cherry blossoms.In this study,the seedlings of ‘Sunshine’and ‘Bimiao’ sakura were studied to study the response to single or combined application of phosphate and potassium fertilizers,and their morphological characteristics and biomass allocation were measured,evaluated,and correlated.The main results are as follows:1.Application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers can significantly increase the growth rate of plants.Mixed fertilization is more effective than single fertilization on plant growth.Application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers can significantly increase the growth rate of plants.Mixed fertilization can promote plant growth more than single fertilization.Plant biomass and fertilization show a certain law,that is,with the increase of fertilization quality concentration,the fresh weight and dry weight of the two cherry blossoms above and below the ground show an upward trend.Compare T1-T3 and T4-vertically.Treatments T6,T7-T9 basically showed an increase in biomass.Only in the fresh weight of Baimiao cherry ground,the difference between T3 and T4 treatments was not significant,and the difference between gradients was basically not significant,and the difference between treatments in the same group was small..The fresh weight and dry weight above the ground showed that the two sakura varieties were basically the highest in the T8 and T9 treatments,and the increase was more obvious than that of the T1 treatment.The sunshine sakura reached 15.1%-35.8%,and the Baimiao sakura had a maximum increase of 92.5%,which was a more obvious increase.The difference in main stem growth of Sunshine Sakura is higher than that of Baimiao Sakura,which increases by 41.3% under T8 treatment compared with T1.Compared with T1,T4 and T7 treatments,the plant height increases by 7.2% and 31.2% under the condition of single application of phosphate fertilizer.For T1,T2,and T3 in the case of single application of potassium fertilizer,the increase was 2.1% and 11.1%,respectively,compared with the T1 treatment.The longitudinal comparison of the simultaneous application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer under the T1,T6,and T9 treatments showed an increase of 27.2% and 21.4compared with the T1 treatment.%.Bai Miaoying reached the highest in T6 treatment,which increased by 47.6% compared with T1 treatment,and the ground diameter increase was significantly higher than T1-T3 treatment in T4-T9 treatments,and it was increased by 13-9 times compared with T1 treatment,and the branch growth was at T8 The increase was noticeable during FPcessing.The main root length of Sunshine Sakura was the longest in T5 treatment,increased by102.4% compared with T1 treatment,and was significantly different from other treatments.The difference between T6-T9 treatments was not significant,and the difference from other treatments was significant,and the increase was 68.6%-74.2 compared with T1.%;Baimiaoying’s main root length was also the lowest in T2 treatment and was not significantly different from T1 and T3 treatments,but T5,T6,and T8 treatments were significantly higher than other treatments,with an increase of 80.4%-90.4% compared with T1.The height-to-diameter ratio of Sunshine Sakura reached the maximum in T3 treatment,Baimiao Sakura was the highest in T2 treatment,and the lowest appeared in T8 treatment;Sunshine Sakura’s rhizome ratio was the highest in T1 treatment,the lowest in T3 treatment,and Baimiao Sakura’s root to shoot ratio was T8.It reached the highest and the lowest at T5;the seedling quality of the two cherry blossom varieties reached the highest at T8 treatment and was significantly better than other treatments,and both had the lowest seedling quality at T1.2.In the case of single application of phosphorus and potassium,it is beneficial to promote the absorption of N,P,and K elements and leaf accumulation.The content of leaf accumulation is the most obvious at 6-9g/plant,and the two cherry blossoms under the K fertilizer treatment The P content showed an upward trend with the increase of fertilization amount.Different gradients of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers have the same effect on the chlorophyll content of the two cherry blossoms.That is,under the phosphorus and potassium fertilization of P6 and K9,the chlorophyll content of Sunny Sakura increased by 38.91%,40.88% and Baimiao Sakura by48.85% respectively compared with CK.,50.76%,and the chlorophyll content varies significantly with the gradient.Under the condition of phosphate fertilizer,Fo,Fm and Fv increased by 13.73%,141.54%,52.64%,Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo increased by 7.83%,33.29%,respectively;Potassium fertilizer treatment increased by 4.9%,34.55%,46.38,respectively %,8.81%,34.68%.Compared with CK,Bai Miaoying’s application of phosphate fertilizer increased by 15.35%,34.95%,41.53%,4.81%,and 22.6%,and the highest application of potassium fertilizer increased by13.86%,33.58%,40.2%,4.71%,and 22.87%,respectively.Comparing the photosynthesis and fluorescence indicators,it basically showed a certain peak,and it was significantly different from the CK treatment.Especially in the fluorescence characteristics,only the Baimiaoying K12 treatment and CK were not significantly different,and the other treatments of the two cherry blossom varieties were significantly different from CK.With the increase of the mass concentration of phosphorus and potash fertilizers,there was a trend of first increase and then decrease,and it showed that the photochemical quenching coefficient and non-photochemical quenching coefficient of phosphorus fertilizer changed more significantly than that of potassium fertilizer.The performance of two sakura cultivars on osmotic substances,among which P6 treatment and K9 treatment can significantly increase the soluble sugar,soluble protein,and proline content of sakura.Among them,the sunshine sakura has the highest increase compared with CK under the condition of applying phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.16.76%,64.21%,56.51%,4.17%,62.28%,41.73%,Bai Miaoying increased by 13.05%,34.8%,55.53% and 4.42%,35.8%,44.33%,respectively.The effect of cherry blossoms was better than other treatments in the middle fertilization treatment stage.The phosphorus and potassium fertilizer application rates of the two cherry blossoms were the best at 6g/plant and 9g/plant,respectively Namely,calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer 33g/plant and potassium chloride 18g/plant.3.In this study,it was found in the correlation between various indicators and phosphorus and potassium fertilizers that the two cherry blossom varieties showed a significant positive correlation in chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence,photosynthetic physiological indicators,and seedling quality,biomass and other indicators.Among them,chlorophyll a,Total chlorophyll,WUE,Fm,Fv,ETR,Y,FP,QI,biomass,ground diameter,etc.are more significant,while E,ETR and height-to-diameter ratio show a significant negative correlation.Cherry blossoms have a significant negative correlation in chlorophyll content,Fm,Fv,ETR,Y,QI,D and biomass performed well,and related indicators such as chlorophyll content,fluorescence,photosynthesis,biomass,etc.could be used as probes for the physiological growth indicators of cherry blossoms. |
