| Kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis)is an important economic forest tree species in China,and Guizhou is one of the main provinces where it is cultivated.In recent years,due to the extensive management mode of fruit farmers,the soil fertility of planting has decreased,acidification and kiwifruit diseases have become more and more severe,which has seriously restricted the development of the local kiwifruit industry.It is an urgent practical production need to study how to improve the soil fertility of orchards,prevent and control disease breeding,and support a higher level of kiwifruit productivity.In view of this,this study took the main cultivation of Hongyang kiwifruit in Guizhou Province as the research object,combined with the growth and development rhythm of Hongyang kiwifruit,and designed a one-factor field experiment from the soil,foliar surface and fruit surface,and analyzed the effect of biological fertilizer on soil fertility,the control effect of disease resistance inducers on kiwifruit brown spot disease and the regulation of fruit quality by plant growth regulators,in order to provide technical reference and theoretical support for the realization of high yield,high quality,ecology,safety and sustainable development of kiwi fruit management model.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)The soil p H value was increased to varying degrees by fertilization treatment,soil acidification was alleviated,the content of soil nutrients(total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter)was significantly increased,and the activity of key soil enzymes(urease,sucrase,protease,polyphenol oxidase,catalase)was improved by FBOF(compound fertilizer+bio-organic fertilizer+compound microbial fertilizer),and different fertilization treatments significantly improved the root vitality of kiwi fruit during the growth period of kiwifruit.Different degrees promote the growth of kiwi fruit new shoots,increase fruit yield and improve fruit quality.Through correlation analysis,it was shown that soil nutrients,p H values and soil enzyme activities were positively correlated,and the interaction between the factors was indicated,and the fruit yield and quality were positively correlated with soil nutrients and soil enzyme activity,of which the soil total nitrogen,organic matter,protease activity and yield and quality were significantly positively correlated(except longitudinal diameter),indicating that soil total nitrogen,organic matter and protease activity were the main factors determining the yield and quality of kiwifruit in this region.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of fruits,it was found that the comprehensive evaluation index of FBF(compound fertilizer+compound microbial fertilizer)and OF(bio-organic fertilizer)was the highest,followed by FBOF,and the comprehensive evaluation index of CK(no fertilizer)was the lowest.(2)There are significant differences in the prevention and control effect of different disease resistance inducers on kiwifruit brown spot disease,and the prevention and control effect of Ataling+Heyihai Star is the best.Compared with CK(methyltobuzin),disease resistance inducers can increase the N and K content of kiwi leaves to varying degrees,but fail to effectively increase the leaf P content;the correlation analysis results show that the leaf N content is significantly negatively correlated with the incidence and disease index of brown spot disease,indicating that the disease resistance inducer mainly enhances its disease resistance by inducing leaf N hormone.The comprehensive evaluation of fruits showed that treatment 5(amino oligosaccharide+Heyi Hai star)had the best effect on improving fruit yield and quality,followed by treatment 6,and CK had the worst improvement effect.(3)Kiwifruit development is closely related to CPPU(chloropyrurea)concentration,with the increase of concentration,the deformity rate of fruit gradually increases compared with CK(water),the hollow rate of the fruit heart increases to varying degrees,and the cracking rate decreases to varying degrees;compared with single application CPPU,the combination of sugar alcohol chelated calcium and CPPU reduces the hollow rate,deformity fruit rate and fruit splitting rate of fruit fruit to varying degrees,which can reduce the negative impact on the fruit;based on the comprehensive evaluation of the fruit,A3(7.5mg·L-1CPPU)had the best effect on fruit yield and quality improvement,followed by C4(10mg·L-1CPPU+1000mg·The combined scores of L-1sugar alcohol chelated calcium)and other different treatments were higher than CK.Based on the results of this study,in the management of Hongyang kiwifruit manager,it is recommended that in the fruit germination stage and the expansion stage(early February and mid-April),compound fertilizer,bio-organic fertilizer and microbial bacterial fertilizer should be mixed,and the mass concentration of 7.5mg·L-1 CPPU is impregnated,and during the expansion of the fruit(early June),attenol(6%oligosaccharides.Chain Protein)and Heyi Haixing(Sugar Chain Plant Vaccine)to prevent kiwifruit brown spot disease.The implementation of the above technologies can significantly improve soil fertility,effectively regulate the growth of kiwifruit,improve kiwi yield and disease resistance,promote the quality and efficiency of forest fruit products and increase the income of fruit farmers,and at the same time help improve the level of green production technology of mountain kiwifruit. |
